  1. Bunnies are cute, and there’s one named Pepper that lives at my school. He’s cute, but I don’t like him. He doesn’t have emotions like cats and dogs do. I mean, he has fear I guess, when I hold him, but he doesn’t love or anything, and he doesn’t recognize people.

  2. All I ever wanted when I was growing up (that’s not true, but one of the things I wanted most) was a dog. Every Christmas and birthday I asked, pleaded, for one. I even offered bargains combining multiple Christmases and birthdays for a dog. Instead, I got a bunny. Now I’ve got nothing against bunnies, they’re cute and sweet and can be a lot of fun, but I wanted a dog and a bunny is certainly not a dog. So instead of seeing an adorable, furry, floppy pet I just saw a disappointment with long ears. Perfectly good isn’t good enough when it’s not what you had your heart set on.

  4. Bunny-raddit. That’s what my sister used to say instead of bunny rabbit. She’d hop all around the room and singing a little song that only had two words, again and again:

    Bunny Raddit, Bunny Raddit!

  5. piccolibianchiconigli pelosi e sporchi, con le zampette che graffiano,
siete inutili, probabilmente solo siete fatti
per mangiare insieme a tavola a pasqua !

  6. Hopping down the hill, the small rabbit slid gracefully around the bushes and out of her sight. She still searched along the grass fields with the binoculars, but from her spot on the tree it wasn’t of much use. She’d have to get a slower pet. Maybe a turtle.

  7. No, no, you have it all wrong. It’s December. You should be asking me about lights and trees and fat men and greed and generosity and parking space disputes and crowds and family time and the Sun God as opposed to Jesus and endless jolly-annoying jingles and cookies and snow and kisses inspired by poisonous plants! What is this bunny business?

  8. rabbit….ears….easter….playboy (that is what my hubby likes. that kinda bunny)…hmmm I might find me some ears and wear them for him…..I like chocolate bunnies.

  9. Fluffy, soft, cute… They make me sneeze, my eyes get red and watery, and I get itchy. Too bad. I love bunnies, but apparently my body doesn’t.

  10. It was a small rabbit. The smallest of the group. The slowest, the smallest, the first to get pushed around. So when the dog dug under the fence and got in the yard, it was the first to get eaten.

  11. Funny how the word is bunny, and the first thought that popped into my mind was you, PoA. I cannot possibly write about you in one minute. Almost 10 years of friendship in 60 minutes is not enough to do justice, not enough to express how I felt about you and how much you mean to me.

  12. She was a fat slobbering rabbit. Disgusting in appearance due to chronic alcoholism. And then there was that short paw, cut off in a car accident. All in all, a hopping mess of furry mammal, unbearable to be with for more than a few minutes. Of course she would wobble away in less time than that, leaving behind a few greasy hairs and the rancid smell of blueberry turds.

  13. The Easter bunny was on form this year, the Easter Eggs he had to deliver were wrapped in magical foil paper that foretold future events. The Easter bunny stopped at the bookies on his delivery round and foretold the winner of the 3.15 at Newmarket. He managed to retire on his winnings.

  17. It reminds me of the story I read when I was little about the boy who had a bunny stuffed animal that he had to throw away when he got the scarlet fevor or something like that. It was a depressing story. But I still think they’re pretty damn cute creatures.

  19. the easter bunny was the one thing i really never understood. santa made sense, well sort of, but the easter bunny delivered eggs and never had anything to do with easter. jesus dying on a cross does not equal bunnies…or eggs now that i think about it…what the hell??????

  20. bunny’s are magical creatures, they are very cute. They run around like there’s not a care in the world, they’re innocent like I wish I was. They are a lot like us humans, they have predators to worry about just like we do.

  21. “Put…the…bunneh…down.” One of the quotes I always remember from ConAir. I am not quite sure why that movie sticks with me, except I think that’s the first movie I ever saw Malkovich and Buscemi in.

  22. “OMG he’s so cute!” she screamed.
“It’s just a bunny,” I told her, “he probably wants to kill you.”
So he jumped on her and bit her head off.
I stared for a moment then said, “You can live with me.”

  23. An easter bunny. Stuffed and ribboned and cute. A bear in a track suit, stuffed and ragged and loved. Two evil villains in the land of make-believe. Packed away in a box with all the good guys.

  24. it was funny. well, the bunny. it came out of nowhere. and there it was. in the middle of the ceremony. just sitting there, looking at us, looking at him. or her. she looked big. like pregnant big. were we going to see bunnies being born at this thing?

  25. Bunnies always remind me of a school trip I went on when I was about 7; we stayed in a huge house with a gargantuan garden with an unbelievable amount of rabbits. We were all very young and didn’t understand the saying ‘At it like rabbits’ but we all laughed anyway. I kind of want that innocence back.

  26. So my friends password for her computer is jackrabbit. Which I find kinda amusing. I mean who thinks of that? Although at the moment, my password is themermaidgavemefins. Not exactly the most common password either. Maybe it’s an odd uniqueness shining through.

  32. It is a cute and fluffy animal. They multiply very quickly and have a lot of babies. They can hop and are very fast. I like to chase bunnies because I feel that one day I will be able to chase one. Though what I will do with it once I catch it is beyond me.

  33. One day is was sitting by the brook and I noticed a beautiful white bunny sipping water at the bank. This was no ordinary bunny though, it was smoking a cigar.

  34. Snowflake came as a gift from the craziest family I had met in Woodlawn. They were sad folk and we accepted the bunny, but he never seemed right. He was a mean creature until after the accident. When his leg was amputated, we grew fonder of one another. The long nights rocking him wrapped in a towel and feeding him baby food through an eye dropper. He still ran in the street after, so he never got smarter, but he loved us more.

  35. Bunny rabbits are cute. They come out in the springtime, and spruce up the grass and flowers. They often scurry away when they see someone approach, and when they are in storybooks they like to dress up and wear fancy watches, while looking for their special somebunny. Bunnies make me smile often :)

  37. “Bunny! Bunny bunny bunny!” My six-year-old grabbed my hand and shrieked in that way six-year-olds do when they discover something new, and they’re obviously excited over it.

…was I ever that excited? I must have been at one point, to be able to continue my life as it were.

  39. There once was a bunny from nantucket. It was a little jerk to all of his friends, so they all hated him. Then one day he learned his lesson in a dramatic way and all of his friends started liking him again. Oh yeah, and he whipped his hair back and forth
