  10. The other day I bought some lip balm. It was grape flavored and I couldn’t help but taste it. I applied the lip balm to my lips. Then, I licked my lips and it tasted delicious. It tasted so good that I ate the whole stick.

  17. This word immediately makes me think of lips. Kissing. This is something you put on your lips to make them soft, to feel pretty, to take away roughness. Balm can make other things a bit more smooth too. Rough edges can be annoying. People want to get rid of them. I do sometimes.

  22. i saw balm for a cows utters in an antique shop today. it had been used. and it was far too old for someone to buy. you can also use this balm for the cracked heels of your feet. but why anyone would want to buy ancient cow utter balm in an antique store is beyond me.

  36. i see the word balm and i think of a balm that you put on a wound or something to make it better. but what constitutes a wound? without knowing exactly how bad of a wound you have, how would you know if you needed balm to put on it? also, balm can be turned into balmy. which is what florida is described as.
