She crossed the street shivering, walking farther away from the blaring music and pulling her sweater around her in the cold. She wanted to walk home, curl up, and go to bed. As she moved further and further into the neighborhood, though, she began to worry; she was relatively attractice and it was night. She wondered if she would be alright just as a familiar car pulled up beside her. "hey, you want a ride?"

She missed his depth and the way that somehow, no matter how much of an intentional asshole he was being, she always seemed to genuinley enjoy being in his presence. Granted, it had been a while, but she knew she had to talk to him. Her stomach was twisting in all kinds of ways that it shouldn't, and she was so nervous that he wouldn't want to talk to her or worse, think badly of her and tell everyone, but she needed to do this, not just to talk to him, but to prove to herself that she could. She pulled up facebook im and started typing.
