I recently stopped drinking as much. Well, ever since I returned to the US from Taiwan, I don’t drink as much as before, especially after getting my health report back. Also, I just don’t really lose the urge to want to get drunk. I don’t really like that feeling over feeling like I can’t do shit the next day and or not being able to control myself when I’m too blacked out drunk. I’ve also fought the urge of

I’m done. Finished. I don’t want to deal with this any longer.

This is what she thought as she decided that it was time to move on. Yet, having had those thoughts, she immediately began to have feelings of regret. Regret for all the things that could have been

Beyond the blue skies and the sun lies a place of peace and tranquility. Heaven awaits beyond the blue.

First thing that comes to mind is liquor. But then I think of the moon at night and how it lights up the sky and everyone under it. I love the still night when the moon is bright and the stars are out. The moons reflection over water is pure beauty.

I grabbed all the wooden spikes the hardware store had out. The moon would be up soon and there would be hell to pay, for mortals and vampires alike.

Permission for myself to be myself is a necessary part of becoming. But becoming who? and what will be allowed? The pages of the book turn to reveal the character, looming within the separate leaves.

Nothing miraculous has ever happened in bars. Dont go there and look for your next miracle.

Baffled by the current usa condition i continue to get up every day and laugh. laughing curtails bafflmenet. when baffled jumping also works. jumping works all 206 bones in a person’s skeleton allowing better blood flow in the brain and restoring balance to our never ending roller coaster emotions which feel better when they are on a continum. For breakfst to become unbaffled eat oatmeal with fruits.

my cat took my place after i left home this morning. the warm spot left on the bed following my departure. i know i’ll outlive her, but part of me hopes i don’t. it’s a funny state of mind. i wonder what she thinks about. i wonder how she feels about the way we live. i wish i could speak cat or she could speak english. oh what conversations we’d have.

Faith. It used to be accepted, expected, even in the public realm that faith is the basis of all we do in the name of freedom. But no more. It is unspoken, unfelt, and its impact has been given up, one small decision at a time.

Dissolve fear. Dissolve worry. they are useless fetters that keep you from going forward to experience all the good God has prepared for you. Trust that He loves you enough to have prepared the way.

Fatigue can be banished with a short walk in the fresh air. Fatigue seems to settle in the body like a thin coating of dust. The fresh air and wind sweep it away.

Growing can mean anything, For example some people ‘grow’ to fall in love. Which is emotionally growing. On the other hand some people ‘grow’ to be taller, which is physically growing. There’s lot of growing, but the main thing is every person develops or grow in different way

Husband. Holds you tightly in the middle of the night so you are maybe less alone than you were earlier in the day, on the subway, in the city, downtown lost in a blur of passing faces that never recognize you and maybe dream of you later. But you dream of your husband as he holds you. You dream of the tickle of his kiss when he doesn’t shave and the hands on your waist, never less embarrassed than now.

Thoughts help people be who they are. These help form their opinion. Thoughts can be about everything and anything that you can ever imagine. Sometimes people have thoughts about their life, people, places, and maybe even the most impossible things there are!

Thought is when people think about what they see in front of them. people depend on thoughts to see and remember this helps them be them self their opinion thoughts are in your brain

it’s easy to ask for help, but when help is needed we seem so unsure if we can help. are we helpless because we do not know how to help the person in need. Do we know how to help – but just are fearful that we may not help in the way it was expected. Does it matter that we just help – so as to be kind. Or do we not help – to avoid being a nuisance, instead of a helper. Hmmmm ???

Everything has its own place. Individuals as part of a community, community as part of a nation, nation as part of a whole. What encompasses the whole? What can we call our framework? What are the limitations on what we can do, who we can be, where we can exist, and how? How are these questions themselves framed in our minds, in societies’ eyes? We search for guidance, for answers, for order. It is a constant struggle, one that we never seem to conquer.

I was emptying out my drawer the other day. And it occured to me that life is more complicated than it has to be. It is our power and urge to control things that we lose ourselves. And sometimes in order to be happy you just have to let go. It is a rough patch that we will always as humans struggle with.

Someone who knows what they are doing; someone who has done something for a long time; someone who rarely makes a mistake

Done correctly: done to the best of your ability.
