I need to strengthen my core. That’s it. I saw a photo of myself and I was shocked to see my midsection has become so large. Maybe I do need an operation to remove that. Or I just need to get busy and strengthen my core. That’s the ticket. Everything will be great once I have become strengthened!

I love it that I can’t come here without singing to myself, “One word is enough for all of us.” Even though the word du jour is minerals, I still have that song in my mind. Minerals are fun elements. We need them to survive. It’s surprising, eh?

I used to go visit Helen at the plaza. We have had two events each year on our plaza. A plaza is a good place to begin. It’s also a good place to end. What will you do at the plaza? I think there’s not a real reason to go to the plaza. We are going to the plaza today. Please take your time at the plaza.

I have a lot of bags. That means that I have a lot of baggage. That’s the ticket. Bags are for keeping things tidy. Too many bags means that you aren’t tidy. Tidiness is next to cleanliness. There’s another way to say that but I ran out of time. It’s okay. That’s the way of the crumbled cookie. I am back to writing one word, even though it’s many.

Have you ever seen a woman patting her head fiercely? She’s trying to get relief from the weave that she is wearing. It’s a sad thing to behold, but that’s what a weave does to a person. It’s itching like cray. And so it goes.

Today’s word is locker. The last time I thought about a locker was in high school. I don’t think they’re associated with anything but school. .And I heard they don’t even use them anymore. Go know.

Today’s word is either a large piece of ice jutting out from the water or a head of lettuce. I like the idea of iceberg lettuce. It’s so bland. Icebergs in the water are exciting and have the possibility of sinking a large ship like the Titanic. Is there an iceberg in your life?

I am the toughest guy in this room. That’s because there are no other people in the room with me. I am not the toughest. That’s just ridiculous. The toughest would be a macho pig and I’m the opposite of that. I’m far from the toughest, but I can be tough enough. That’s the ticket. Can you be tough enough to be the toughest?

I can’t see the skyline of Miami because the rain is falling too hard. Seeing it is a highlight of my day but today will be a rainy day because there’s a tropical storm right on top of us. Oh well, hopefully by tomorrow it will have passed. Let’s pray for no flooding!

Today’s word is train. I have a train of thought and it’s not that easy to derail it. I’m on a cast or characters. Well, you know what I mean. I have to write train over and over. I am going to train to learn something new. That’s the ticket! What other trains are there? Well, the high speed ones!

One word is hazardous enough for all of us. Is there an inherent hazard in writing unknown words on an Internet website? Yes, this is quite hazardous, but what the hell! I can do this. I fear hazardous situations, but I persevere. That’s the ticket!

Today’s word is stern. That means strict and unyielding. Howard is stern. Well, he’s a stern. But when someone is stern, they are stiff. Please don’t ever think of me as stern! I’m not in any way.

Relating to or affecting the fundamental nature of something; far-reaching or thorough.
“a radical overhaul of the existing regulatory framework.”

I am sitting in the departure lounge waiting for takeoff. It’s time for me to go. I must be off. That’s a good one. I’m sitting in my Florida room watching TV. My dear darling Helen used to call this the departure lounge because we would sit here and smoke pot. Some things never change!

Jealousy is a lot like jalousie. In sounds, but certainly not in the way they are written. It’s very clear that one deals with emotions and the other is a type of glass window. They are lovely as words, but evoke completely different feelings. That’s the ticket!

One word is enough for the smooth criminal. That’s the ticket. I wonder if Sting ever considered a life of crime. If you live a life of crime, then you are a criminal. What constitutes a life of crime? Doing things that are against the law, natch! One word is enough for all of us!

I’m tired. So tired, but it’s not to the degree of fatigue. I love it when the French say fatty gay. It’s cute. Que sweet. I’m never tired to the degree of real fatigue, but I do get tired at times. I’m glad that I don’t have a job that requires a lot of exertion.

I put the air conditioner cooler and I’m chilled. I am ready to chill. I need to chill some soda pop. When will there be a chill in the air again? Not until the end of the year!

It gives me pause to hit that start button. I don’t know what to write about the veterinarian. And I am a vet! That’s because I did a four-year stint in the United States Navy. So what? Do I want a medal or a monument? I couldn’t even care less about being recognized as a vet! But doctors who take care of pets need that recognition. I love my vet.

We all wear a mask. It’s called our face. It’s the mask for the world. There are times when we may don a foreign mask for a dress up occasion. But otherwise the mask we were given is the one we carry with us and must use as our typical face. That’s okay. Mine’s aesthetically pleasing.

What is an emblem of my love? I suppose it is in a Valentine that I gave to you years ago? Do you remember Valentine’s Day of 1979. It seems like another lifetime but I gave you a painting. That’s the way it is. I can’t think of any other emblem.

One word is enough for all of us. I have been accused of being a comedian. You’d think that was a good idea, but it was an imprecation. “Stop being such a comedian. This is serious business.”

One word is enough for all of us! I can write that with the certainty of someone who knows what certainty is. I am certain of that. Have a nice day.

It’s automatic that as soon as I get here I start singing, “One World Is Enough For All of Us.” It’s true. It’s totally automatic. I prefer a car with automatic transmission instead of standard!

I’m ready to be a jumper. I’m not wearing a jumper, though! I was thinking, “One word is enough for all of us!” I think that every time I coe here after not being here for awhile. That’s okay. That’s the way of the crumbled cookie.

It’s a long way. Hey, do you remember that story that the foreman told my Dad when I was an apprentice in high school? He said I didn’t know how to hold a broom and that I couldn’t sweep. Real nice guy, that foreman was.

Remember the culture vultures? Those were the days. Days when the vultures were celebrated because they return every year from Hickley Ohio. They come here for the winter. I love that story. They’re adorable. Vultures are good.

Sticks and stones can break your bones, but cement pays homage to tradition. Watch out, you’re in the twilight zone. It’s the zone of no return. Can you zone out and still be paying attention. What’s your zip code? It depends on what zone you live in the city!

I’ve fallen and I can’t get up. It used to be funny, but now it’s a reality. This is what it’s like to get old. Suddenly you worry about falling. It’s not a fun feeling. I’ve fallen before and it’s scary. And the aftermath? Forget it. Don’t go breaking my heart. I’ve fallen in love before. It’s not worth it.

There was a tableau that had been staged. The house was having that lived-in look but you could tell that a professional had been there before hand and it was all staged. The stagecoach was held up. They staged a robbery. That was for real. But don’t forget that time we staged our own death.
