Looking out into the kitchen window. The lights on the apartment buildings lighting up the scenery. A flurry of snow and little rocks of ice. Tinkering on the top of the roof, the window pane and on cars.

What was I denied. I can’t think of anything I was denied. Such a negative word. I hope I won’t be denied of anything. Denied credit card? Denied admission? I don’t know. What was I denied of. What am I now denied of?

The moon controls the tides. This is nature’s magic. We are mostly made from water and the moon gives us evidence that we are inherently tied to nature.

Mama said, “Don’t look. Don’t make eye contact. Let’s get home.”

The coins in his cup are what draw my attention. They clink and jingle and rattle, and I’m not sure if he’s shaking them on his own or if his hand is simply quivering from the cold. I don’t feel it as much as I could, but my coat is thick. He wears only rags, only pieces of a garment. I look him over, but in spells — I don’t want to make eye contact. But why? Why do I keep my eyes away from his? I don’t know. It’s just the way things are.

Don’t look. Don’t make eye contact. Get home.

I leave him behind without adding anything to his cup.

I hate tomatoes and I’ve always had to put up with people throwing sundried tomatoes on my pizza, which is honestly quite rude. Can’t I enjoy my mozzarella and basil without having to deal with your sundried tomatoes as well? I guess I know some people that are like the sundried tomatoes of people as well. They pretend not to be tomatoes, but then they are, they’re just awful, and you already committed to ordering the pizza, so you’re stuck with this pizza you want to eat and all these people who are just making it shit, and it takes a while to pick them off and you can never quite get rid of the whole taste of them, but you can try. I guess I’ll start trying, is what I’m saying.

I just want to scream at you when you do stupid things, this is making me think of lions but I just have this undercurrent of rage at you distracting me from really thinking what I’m righting so not sure what this exercise will accomplish other than laying out on the line the many flavours of rage I am experiencing right now. But yes. Screaming. At you about how stupid you are. It’s so irritating AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH it kills me.

The hinge should be mortised to allow for proper action of the door. A brass hinge can be nice for more ornate applications. A piano hinge can be used for large surface area doors of thin material. Gate hinges are heavy duty hinges made to support gates.

I love the sound of my daughter’s laughter. It warms my heart like nothing else. There’s just something about the sound of a child’s giggles that can make anyone smile. She laughs the hardest when she’s being tickled. I know just the right spots that make her erupt with laughter. Under her chin, on her tummy… gets her every time.

I love the train station. I take it every day to school and back. I love seeing all the cold and tired new yorkers reading their papers , hiding their faces. I love the excitement i feel when the train screeches up to the platform. I love the little signs that say mind thte gap.

sage advice, they tell us. sage advice, every day like a mantra. offer sage advice. what exactly do they mean? who qualifies to offer such advice? doesn’t it require life experience? they say it like anyone can offer words of wisdom. maybe anyone can, but I think of sage advice and I think of old men in the mountains of napal. not accessible at all.

There’s a needle in the haystack. How many times do I have to tell you not to do your sewing in the barn. Wasn’t that the one made of silver? You were born with it in your mouth. Like a silver spoon, but with my momma it was all about the sewing, the sewing.

Porcelain doll.
Smooth, pale skin.
The epitome of beauty.

people always feel trapped by the lives the lead and r always looking for the easy way out … people need to realize that in order to change tomorrow the need to be able to change today ,,… otherwise nothing ever changes and they remain unhappy and trapped by their own situation… act now for a better tomorrow… you r the only one who can change yourself …. and unless you really want it it will never happen… “praying ” gets you nowhere. only action ….. Action

The sound of the bongos set my mind to a steady beat as I watch him perform. Maybe it was the dim lighting, or maybe it was his voice, his passion. How do I tell him? I’m in love.

I lack confidence. And courage. Courageous confidence. That’s what I need. What I need to say HEY bud, guess what? I’m interested in you. And I’ve had your voice stuck in my head all week.

You’re singing that song.
“…pine grove”

Longer strides. That’s the key. Don’t make it obvious, just keep walking. Faster. Get away faster.

consider it pure joy, my brothers, when you face trials of many kinds.
trials give you perseverance,
perseverance, character.
character, hope.

and hope, hope wins.

I was chained to the bed, gasping for breath as he forced himself inside of me. I couldn’t help but moan, the pain turning into pleasure.

if i were to strike a pose as it was once suggested in a famous madonna song i think i’d make an utter fool of myself. how is it that so many people during the late eighties fell into these ridiculous suggestions? It would seem to me that to strike a pose, even for a model, is silly business.

something totally and completely see through. unlike most humans, who are most certainly NOT see through. in fact. They are the opposite. They are full of murky dark colous. I always tell my is all shades of grey. Nothing is black and white. Nothing is clear. Nothing in life is actually transparent.
