I raised my arm ad waved as the train chuffed past. A small boy standing at a window returned my gesture and smiled.

salvation is like a pie. you can share it of course, and it’s extremely good as well. salvation can only be a good thing though, as you can choke on pie and die. not good.

i have no idea what a principal is, but it sounds like the headmaster of a school, kinda. mine’s really stupid. he says stuff like “guys can’t get good grades just because they’re not girls” and like some of the kids get beaten up and he just doesn’t care.

I can relate to my friends about the shit that people do to them. I can relate to my family about our mutual relationships. The one thing I cannot do is relate to you about the shit you do to me. Why? Because you’ve changed, made yourself a stranger. Who are you again?

All he stole was a loaf of bread. A loaf of bread, a life, life giving bread. The way Jesus gave us his body. It was not only a loaf of bread it was the loaf of bread. He stole a life. And the life he stole was mine. And I let him.

June leaned against the adobe walls solemnly, eying her contact with distrust.

“I don’t know if I believe you, Devona.”

The young woman pushed a long strand of black hair behind her ear, her large hazelnut eyes unblinking. A seemingly nervous gesture, but her dark mouth was sly and effortlessly tugged at the corners.

“Believe me or not, you still have a target on your forehead.”

“You look lovely when you’re making pancakes.”
Her face began to turn red. “Don’t even.”
He grinned and buried his face in her shoulder. “Although…”
“If you say anything else I will seriously shove this spatula down your throat.”
He paused and grinned, quickly yelling, “YOU ACTUALLY LOOK LOVELY ALL THE TIME!” before he took off running down the hall, narrowly avoiding her flying kitchen utensils.

“I cannot live just to grow old. Don’t ask that of me. I’m sorry this life is too fast for you, I’m sorry it’s too hard; but it’s what I’ve chosen and if you had a shred of love for me in those bones you would let me go. I’m doing you the same favor.”

He looked at it.
That dress perched on the end of the bed.
He traced a fingertip over the end of the sleeve. It was silk, and it was the last thing he’d felt on his skin before she’d kissed him good bye and left, still smelling of Chanel and gunpowder.

It was a horrible way to go, and the little skeleton knew it.
It traced a planet, a constellation, a universe in the ashes of what used to be the sofa. The little skeleton didn’t remember much else but the sofa had been green.

She lounged back in her chair, feeling the same clumsy glances grazing across her back when people thought she wouldn’t notice. It was hilarious to her; she was the office joke and they didn’t even know she had their lives in her pocket.

She ignored her loud passenger, eyes focused directly on the raising bridge in front of her.
“We’re making this.”
They had to. They had to.
“WAIT -“

“Why is this such a difficult decision for you? It shouldn’t be.”
She stared on as he threw her clothing into her own suitcase. Packing for her.
“It’s not a decision, and it never was.”
“But I love you.”

She casually slid the gun across the table towards his empty hand.
“Well? What are you thinking?”
He stared at the black metal thoughtfully.
“I think you lied. I think this is just a broken promise.”

I fell on the gravel with a painful thud. I sighed. There was no point to having a driveway covered with rocks that can make you injured.
In fact, I had already had my fill of pain with the driveway. My wrist, a leg, a finger. The memories were still etched in my skin with a pale scar. Without thinking, I rubbed the sore spot on my pinkie, tracing the line of the faint, pink scar.

everyone has a want
no matter what they think
life can not be lived with out want
everything tries to achieve what they want
plants to sun
animals to food
humans to money

memories are painful, joyful and always with you. They need no money or things. To be unable to remember the things that you have done or the wonderful experiences you have had would be torture.

Once upon there was a princess…
My mother always began my bedtimes stories like this. Once upon a time.
Once upon a time, I had a mother. She’s gone now, dead, lying a cold grave, her flesh peeling and her bones exposed. It’s hard, knowing that this is what she’s succumbed to.

There isn’t a happy ending to my story – but at the same time, it doesn’t continue forever, dragging out the unneccesary details and failures of my life. It’s finite in the sense that no matter what happens, it would end soon. And I don’t need to be a mind reader to know that much.

a bundle of sticks is also called a fag. i hate homophobes.

i have a bundle of clothes in my room. like the way the “dle” at the end of the word comes out of your mouth. like dull. i love it, and i love saying it. if you add “ed” it’s even funnier.

I poured a glass of cream soda for me to drink, I have no idea that it had been poisoned or that it would be the last thing I ever saw. Thank you Elliot for allowing me my last pleasure before my death sentence. I will always love that second of my life where I knew it was over.

I really , really hate this word. Intuition is what keeps you alive, what motivates you, and what brings all the elements of the world together. Use it well, and use it wisely. If you do, it can save your life and give you a fresh start.

What do you get when you cross a spoon with a fork? A spork, of course. But what do you get when you cross a spoon with a spork? How many times can you combine a spoon with a spork – that becomes increasingly more spoon-like as you go – before you come up with a spoon again? Does it ever happen? These are all very important questions, and I hope you will give them their due consideration.
