a bird that sings and probably has a beautiful voice and is probably gray and many grandparents would like to watch and listen to these in the woods and they probably love them because of how beautiful they are.

one day i was taking the local metro into town, my eyes glared of the reflection of the dirty window, it felt like we were flying, higher then any human thinkable. we make a stop and i can smell the warming feeling of the fresh air outside.

Before any sports game I need to be locked in. If I’m not in my game ready mood, than I will not perform as well as I usually would. My teammates and I will get pumped up together before the game so we will be ready. All of this will help us perform better than we usually would.

Whenever I get home from school I am famished. I scavenge the party for something to eat, but I never find anything. I call for my mother to satisfy my hunger, but she’s tells me, “Find something on your own!”

My mother is a really good gardener. She always plants and picks the best vegetables. When I am older, I want to live in a house that has a greenhouse attached to it so my mother can follower her gardening dreams. I also would like to know how to garden myself. To learn all the secrets and lock them away in my own secret garden.

When you undo something you take it apart. I have undone many things in my life, such as pants, belts, shoes, and shirts.

This is the feeling of a clucked up throat. Like it’s eating up my whole body. A scratch that isn’t remedied by fingers meeting skin or skin meeting a palm or a palm meeting another palm. This is the feeling that never is but is always there.

Here I was driving along, minding my own business and what happens but I hit road construction, not the frilly little stuff where you have to dodge a few cones, but rather the kind where there is a hole where the road was…… anger.

Church has different meanings for different people: some call it oppressive, misguided, and irrelevant. Others call it a helpful, well meaning, and philanthropic. I call it a family. A group of like minded people pursuing the truth together.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment, and the second is like it: love your neighbor as yourself.

“That’s interesting,” means more to science than “Eureka!” ever will.

Security is a blanket that surrounds us, an invisible field. It entangles, and enthralls. We, it’s slaves, relax in tranquility as the world passes us by.

Support is possibly the hardest role to play: be it in video games, or a relationship, or as a part of a bridge. It is much more simple to just look to a final result and press on towards the goal, than to look to another and try to find the best way to help them reach a goal. The problem is that you rarely seek the goal along the same path.

The man slowly picked himself up from the mud, tired and bedraggled. He heaved a great sigh and continued trudging on, only to have the strap of his pack break with his first step. It landed in the selfsame pit of mire whose contents sullied his face with heartbreaking “splunch.”

He was a young one. With barely the hints of spikes peeking through his hair. But by the regal way he walked through the forrest he seemed to think himself a prince.

The wind bites into my face. It’s teeth are ever sharper. The light is fading and it will only grow worse. What can I do? I am lost, I have no way to warm myself. How did I get here to begin with?

The radio was on and the moon was shining like a disco ball. I don’t know what got into me, but I grabbed her hand and started to dance the perfect night away.

The snow left beautiful prints, wonderful prints. Who wouldn’t wish it were always snowy. It makes life so much easier… at least for me. Sure hunger comes more often and it is cold, but even blind I could find my quarry.

The night was silent, and there wasn’t a breath of wind to be felt as the moon revealed itself from behind the clouds. The target was standing… standing… falling… dead.

I once was fleeing from a man. He was crazy. Crazy crazy crazy. I didn’t know what I was doing, but I was obviously fleeing. I was fleeing from a man. This man that was crazy. What am I even doing with my life anymore. All I am is a flea. I am fleeting. I flee.

The sirens atop the blurred autum hill and the children at play screaming crys of terror for one of their own had fallen. The leaves stained with blood and the faces without it all onlooked in pure fear. The adults, men in their skivvies and women in night gowns all sprinting to the hill, with torches and old tin first aid kits did nt realize how far out of reach their dear boy was, his abdomen compromised in four places by pitchfork, rusty, a cause for tennis no doubt. The town’s doctor, mr. Collins stepped up with a furrowed sweaty brow, removing his hat and staring down at the poor specimen. He told the town’s people that nothing could be done, for the boy’s heart had been thoroughly pierced. He draped his coat over the lifeless body as a tear rolled down his cheek. Next he slipped a vial out of his pocket, dropping a bit into a silver tablespoon and tilting it atop the boy’s young pouty lips, claiming that his death ought be painless. A rustle of foliage and the whimper of a young girl startled the throng, as Jill, half running half tumbling came thundering out of the forest and down the hill. “IS HE OK?” She screamed, but the town’s people lowered face and profile. All that remained was the eggshell white of her brother’s soft features and a pile of broken sticks. She smirked in the dark, she had succeeded.

It was a cold day. And the man pulled up his collar against the biting wind. He looked over his shoulder. He was obviously suspicious.

The stars drew him. They called his name and drove him to find his way to reach them. They were freedom and faith and love and everything good. They put his world to shame.

Atop the mist, below the clouds, a tower awaits. A tower long since abandoned, a tower ornate in every way, draping vines reach hundreds of feet towards the forest floor below, stone gargoyles protect as they have since the beginning of their time. It is a tower that nobody and yet everybody occupies. It is the tower that Death himself calls home.

this word is very overt. I don’t know what overt means but it reminds me of omelets. I almost spelled omelets wrong. It was very humiliating because I’m usually very good at spelling. This is my first time. I am really nervous. I was hoping to get a big word that I knew the definition of but I guess not.

Weakling? Weakling!? He would show this impertinent child who was a weakling. As he marched to the center of the tourney ring his fury rose like a flame on dry wood.

the sentencing took place in a well lit room. The lanterns on the walls filled the air with their light. However, all Alissa could think of was the flames inside them.

The cave was dark. The dripping of the stalactites resounded in his ears. He followed the flash of light as it disappeared around a corner.

He stalled, waiting for the signal… waiting… waiting. Where was it!? They would find him out any second. Where were they? That’s when he realized it. They weren’t coming.
