A style of old school music. Classical art

Hah! Fun. Flagrant. At least one person ends up isolated when there’s fun involved. It’s hard to keep the energy of fun-filled situations equitable. Fun is more akin to mania than utopia.

I hope someday something inspires me to dismantle the floorboards beneath my feet and hide something precious down there; even better if I find something precious. There must be a lot of good bits of debris, or at least it will be peaceful.

An endless American highway – scuttling clouds the color of milk gone off – a bus fuming – its worn-out parts are vocal and inside they blast music and shout to drown out the mechanic noises…

Criss-cross forks-and-knives mark the table like insignias on playing cards… Each criss-cross shines slightly differently; the chandeliers swinging mysteriously overhead make the utensils shiver.

The glass of water is filled with lemon seeds. It’s an icon on the bedside table. Why does it have so much personality? I sip it carefully throughout the night.

Flex. Spread. Pull. My arms. My legs. Taut. Heaving. Taut. Tension. Taut. Deflating. My muscles. Feel them! Aren’t they nice? Flexing, spreading pulling, heaving, deflating, taut taut taut until not.

Elle est tres, tres belle… Sometimes, not always. Eye crust glitters in the morning when the sun hits her face and the silver bells that hang in her window, attached to the string that binds her curtain.

The market was bustling, of course. The market was battered by fabrics flapping in the wind, like a thousand tiny, confused sails.

We wave like fools – foolish if only because we’re trying to amp up our Care by moving the air around us fast enough – as if we’re trying to break certain physical and elemental laws with our love and prove its eternity and shift everything in our favor.

The funniest cut was made into his hair… A style I hadn’t seen before… I wondered what men’s inclinations were, for choosing certain styles, aside from sexual ones…

I stitched her up halfheartedly; I moaned as I stitched, moaned warm, wilting air into her sole.

You suggested to me after I suggested to me that I stop moaning and get to work so we both agreed on that . . . I don’t have self-control, I’m sorry. I don’t do what I don’t like to do, I’m sorry. I grow more indignant each day, I’m sorry. I’m sorry but not that sorry.

And maybe there’s a million people singing shoeshine blues to no one that they’ve ever met before
And indifference is a drug that I see people buy at the
Local store, local store…
You think a lil love is, all you need
But love is just a small thing, can’t you see…
I think you’ll
Feel what you want it to feel what you want it to feel what you want it to be
I said feel what you want it to feel what you want it to feel what you want it to be

A million pieces, a little shoe shine blues
At your local store, local store, local store…

And when you’re lost it’s almost impossible not to feel, increasingly, like you’ve been deserted. You’ve left yourself behind and everyone else has lost track of you too; when lost you get a bit far and beyond from everyone and everything’s sense of time and space, as well as your own. Then you’re stumped: what to do then? Suddenly you find yourself walking a bit slower, or faster, depending on whether or not you and/or everything else has been pushing or pulling you, rushing you or holding you back.

She was not sure how long she had been ignorant of it, this deception that had been occurring right under her nose. It was only when she entered the drawing room that day, feeling like she ought not to be there at all – in her own home. Imagine. It was a betrayal of the utmost offense. And she had known nothing of it.

Nothing is instant, atleast I think so. We all have a little bit of doubt in us, whenever we have to do or complete somethings, it’s never just instant. Thta;s what makes us human, that’s what makes us complicated. We have to contantly contradict oursleves as a reminder that we are still alive, a reminder that we still exist. Instant. That’s fear.

I always wondered if I could scramble a home together, Tetris-style, using forklifts as elevators and… Well, I’d love to keep one outside of my apartment to hoist goodies and friends up to my room, garbage and garbage people down.

I either lack or I am gorged; food doesn’t have a consistent value in my life, maybe because it cannot speak to sway me any which way. Some buns speak though. Some cuts of meat. Hiss on my tongue.

the day gets brighter as the sun shines through the trees that once held the darkness of night and swayed in the ice of the wind, but the ice is melted now as the brightness cascades down on the little forest making everything brighter

Gosh, the trucks really do know how to rumble at 3 in the morning, rumble loud and long and stir the mist in the air so it shakes like jello, you can see it clearly… I find comfort in the sound even when it annoys me profoundly.

Bears… I don’t care for bearded men necessarily… They get in the way of kissing. I already have so much hair so then there’s too much hair in the mix…

Our resident Animal Man, resident Artist, resident cyborg of a man, made of swearing, sass, beers, and concoctions of powders, fungi, and slick ideas.

You know just what you’re sayin’…
And I don’t need no reason…
Don’t tell me cuz it hurst… !
… Did I get that right? Are songs people say are about cheating really about that or just about menstrual cramps or your boyfriend not wanting to have sex with you on your period? I think everyone secretly knows that there’s no such thing as ‘cheating,’ per se, only rejection. That’s what everyone gets so upset about – being rejected.

The woods rattled with clacking beaks and seeds rushing toward the forest floor, smacking leaves and branches as they fell. On the ground, meanwhile, everything else was soft and silent.

I’d rather not bake in your presence. I like to bask instead… I always apply a cold demeanor before taking you on, letting you approach me. Then I can extend myself, my hands unable to help themselves, I can extend my fingers and my words can wind out toward you like a snake. Cold demeanor, loose tongue, sensitive to heat. Not a great combination. So it makes it very easy for me to bake and then burn… but I imagine I say “I’d rather not” instead of simply taking precautions and preventing high temperatures and high intensity exchanges because I like the flakey crust it gives me; another shield, and I am a flake after all.

Ballot, ballot, it bounces like a basketball – the word does, ballot. Quiet in the room for now though; I cannot say it out loud though I want to have it sound out like that basketball dropped in an empty gymnasium. My bedmate is asleep.
