all the hours add up
but time is money
and the money is never enough
countless hours put in
nothing in return but a paycheck.

I now believe anything can truly become possible. I was with a man I’ve missed for six months these past three days. I thought he would never be back into my life. I loved his beautiful face and beautiful soul and destroyed it. Or so I thought. Now I know he’s still innocent.

Angels scare me. I don’t know if they’re real, if any thing is actually real.
Wasn’t satan an angel, cast from the heavens?
What makes us think that angels are truly out for the good of human life, if they’re actually real? and where were they when I needed them?

Rebellion is a craved emotion for most, if not all of us. For some, they have yet to discover this intriguing sense of wonder in opposing norms and going against conventions. When they finally find that ecstacy, their unique and unparalleled version of weed, they will create the most hineous crimes.

What is a venture? Do we add something to it to get adventure? It’s about moving about and going to do different things and experiencing new things. It’s about starting up something by investing money into it. There’s many meanings to this word, but what does it really mean?

Venturing into the woods, a little girl started humming a familiar tune. She closed her eyes and took in the sounds of nature. birds chirped, crickets sounded off, a wolf howled… It whistled.

Subliminal messages are insanely creepy. They make one do unconscious and subconscious things which are beyond what the human mind is capable of controlling. In the song, the yellow submarine, it’s catchy tune is awesome. Lime is also a fruit. So being sub-lime, means its a non-sour lemon.

A lot of things go in threes. Sexual encounters (threesomes), food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), babies (triplets), games (shoo, shag, marry), and more. Three is an odd number and it’s infinitely great.

The window sparkled with the sun shining through the rain drops. Tiny reflections playing tricks with the light. That one long crack through the pane causing a break in the beauty.

The woman lie in the warm sunlight, on her fluffy red towel. The sand beneath her cradling her body as she soaked in the rays. The breeze was slight and pleasant. She wanted to remember this moment for as long as she could, for it was her slice of heaven.

I’m trying to contribute something to this site.. but given the fact that i only have sixty seconds it is really nerve wracking and i don’t expect to get a lot out of it except for another time challenge for my writing skills. I am not using any punctuation but anyways, i guess it’s not the end of the world when writing incoherent thoughts. Plus I can’t help but feeling the hunger taking over me during this challenge!

My father put olives in everything. On Sundays he would make us tuna sandwiches studded with little green ones and fry them on the stove. Grown up now, I put olives in my tuna sandwiches, too, but I don’t see him anymore.

A slice of bread so stale it made my teeth grind and my jaw muscle wince. This definitely was not the first time I bought something substandard from that bakery.I agree one shouldnt judge a book by its cover, the entrance of the bakery had two Christmas trees on either side and decorated with dwingling silver balls and lights. It appeared exquisite and festive it lifted my moods as i had been under the weather and it was freezing outside.

the terrain was rugged and rough. There was little plants growing on the ground. There was only rock and dried out mud. I was walking, trudging through the sand, my shoes became filled with sand.

Incorrect, it stops me in my tracks as my eyes gloss about the page. It sticks out and slaps me in the face. It can not go unnoticed. Its a word, an earnest attempt gone wrong. A word that has been mispelled.

Everything I am about from the depths of my soul. I miss this in my recently emptied nest so The Universe sent an orphaned dove that needed nurturing and launching. I did good.

He didn’t understand them at all. They said one thing and meant another. It was hard to keep up, he tried his hardest, but he could never quite understand. There were many, many times that he was close to giving up, but didn’t. He was happy, it paid off in the end.

Mijn basis, mijn home town. Waar liggen mijn roots en waar voel ik me geaard. Waar hoor ik bij en voel ik me thuis en veilig.Kan volledig mezelf zijn. Prettig. Klein beetje gek, dat wel.

Decomposition is a phrase I think is very crispy. It makes me think of dead leaves fallen around a tree, slowly wilting and becoming one with the Earth. It makes me think of beetles and worms making their way about the dirt, eating the fallen plants. Decomposition has a positive connotation to me, because it gives back.

Of course she should have known that when she double crossed me, I’d be like a dog with a bone – I’d never let it go! I kid you not. It’s been years, ten to be exact, and I’ve still not let that bone go. Enemies are what the world is made of but don’t attempt to be mine.

“Speak up, Anna.”
“I said..” She gives the answer more loudly now and hates how soft and shy her voice is. Her teachers call her out all the time on her mumbling and her quietness. Her peers look at her and for a quick second and look back to our teacher, the anger slowly fades. The bell rings and she, again gets called on.
