principal

The principal was upset about the poor examination results. Of course the school getting burnt down and half of the students caught behind locked firedoors didn’t help. Neither will the prosecution of him for endangering the students and breaching the fire safety regulations.

Seriously? You can move moons, you can fly, you have untold strength! And you want to be a reporter?

Well Dad, I need an alter-ego. Someone who is different from myself and whose job I can quickly accomplish. I think I’ll give the Daily Planet a shot.

nominated

I was nominated for president. Being nominated is a huge honor – I never expected the people to have such a belief in me. It’s amazing how much a few people saying “I’d like this man to represent my party as president” can impact one’s life. Simply fascinating and exhilarating.

The insect crawled across the dead body. I was angry, it wasn’t my fault. I didnt mean to hit him so hard.

punishment

Punishment is what you get for commiting a crime, there is also a book called Crime & Punihsment which is supposedly a great example of Russian Literature. I have the book, but I haven’t read it yet! I remember reading a joke using the title once…

figure

I figure that this day will be pretty awesome. Figuratively, it’s a slim chance, but I have a feeling today will be awesome. I love to behold the figure of a woman, and I miss sex quite a bit.

paperclips

They hold things together. Much like mothers. My mom has always held us together. A family was amazing because of her. The frustration and pain that had to be felt, but didn’t show. She was a rock.

railroad

And so there it was, the final leg of his journey; the railroad. All he had to do was get on the train and it would take him away, away from his troubles, his past. Lost and foreign he stumbled on.

bow

He stared off the bow of the ship, scanning the horizon for the enemy ship. As his eyes swept from East to West, they were caught by a strange light, pulsing on the horizon. Not the dull yellow of the sunset, but a brilliant blue, pulsating with his heartbeat.

pillar

The crack in the pillar went unnoticed for some time. That is, until the crack turned into a fracture, which caused the porch to collapse onto old Mr. Johnson. That’s how these things are usually found out though, someone or something ending up with a roof falling on their head.

lantern

Lanterns are very useful when filming short videos about travelers. Lanterns represent not only the security of having light to see ahead, but a metaphorical knowledge in a sea of confusion. Lanterns act as a beacon, but also stress the unknown outside of the area in which we are comfortable.

lashes

I have extremely long eyelashes, so I’ve been told. I don’t mind, as I think they add to the beauty of my eyes, not to sound conceited though. It’s good to have at least one feature on your face that you can enjoy, and mine happens to be my eyes. They’re what people like too.
