Onward! He yelled as the dogs struggled with the weight of the sled they were pulling. The winds howled and the snow flurries twisted around them as they made their way through the blizzard.

Blast the funny ninjas!! They take over my job, which has remained in the family for the past hundred years. I will never ever allow them to take this from me.

how is this a treat? it tastes of a old rubber sole on the bottom of a sneaker. It must have been the desperate attempts of a poor widow to trick or soothe the cries of her toddlers…

a swift flick, a sudden flare,
darkness flees, light reigns,
even if for a moment,

one of my favorite pastimes is to read. anything will do: magazines, novels, newspapers. Anything i can get my hands on, no particular genre – whatever strikes my fancy that moment. especially something that takes me on a ‘trip’ – another place, time, thought…

a beautiful parasitic plant that lives in the tropics.
a fragile looking yet remarkable resilient plant.
how it survives, hanging midair, seemingly on nothing but air and water is amazing
