It was a starry night. Well, at least somewhere. When she looked out her window, all she could see was a white haze created by the streetlights lining the busy city roads. She knew there was more to life. She longed to see the rolling hills in vibrant hues of green meeting the azure sky, the autumn foliage fiery reds and golds. And the stars. Oh how she longed to see the stars, each one unfathomably large, yet they appeared to be infinite. A smattering of diamonds illuminating the eternal darkness. She could get lost just thinking about it.

Locked. The door is locked. I should know, for I looked it myself. Whirring in m mind is a voice telling me that it is not. Whats the harm in checking? If I do not check, we can all die, a death that could have been avoided so easily if only the door was locked. In these rituals, every day, without fail, I am locked.

welcome to paradise.
Please enjoy your stay.
Welcome to paradise,
And please don’t go away.
Here there are no rules.
Here there is only fun.
Here there are no jewels.
Money, there is none
The perfect place to live.
A utopia for you and me.
Anything I’d give,
For paradise to be
At least that’s what i used to say.
But not anymore do I say today.
Because here, people are dying.
Here, no one is trying.
Here, I am crying.
So here I say to you
As I’m required to:
Hello, welcome to paradise
Please enjoy your stay
Friend, welcome to paradise
You can never get away.

Order is what matters. Order is what keeps me sane. If everything is in perfect order, nothing can go wrong. From the steps it takes me to walk down into my basement, to the collection of pencils atop my desk, to the socks in the drawer. Everything is in order.

Agendas. She had tons of them, all on pages printed on word document’s sitting in a wire basket on her desk. Each one longer than the last. Each one never accomplished. Easier said than done.

Impressed. Hmm, well there’s really two ways to look at it. The “wow I’m impressed,” and the “I really feel impressed.” The second one is my favorite.

It swirls, washing away all that we know. Killing destroying a millions, unbiased and uncaring. Natures wrath. And in one blow, its all gone..

as we sat hand in hand, waiting for the game to come to an end, a fair end, the stadium lights began to dim, with the final over that hung over the team, with every ball hit, my heart raced, and i held onto his hand tighter, as the last ball was thrown, the batsman hit is with a swooosh, crossing the anxious hands of the fielder, towards the boundary line, and it was a 4! as we jumped up in glee, the last trumpet sounded.. ending the game!

So basically, as i sat on the chair, i swayed along, like the leaves with the light breeze, that makes your hair flow, and as i swayed, the grandfather clocks arms moved along, tick tock tick tock, the seconds became minutesd and minutes hours, my heart beat got louder and louder…

“I was walking through the park, when, suddenly, a giant monster came out of the trees! I screamed of course, and Jack immediately ran the other way. The monster was hideous, mom! And it grabbed all the grocery money and left me there with nothing!”
“…Jack, what really happened?”
“She spent it all on candy.”

Sound is a beautiful thing. It is seen in dogs, people, grass flying, bees buzzing. But deaf people cant hear sound. They’re still cool though. They have their own kind of sound that you can know about through seeing and also through feeling vibrations. It’s really cool and I have deaf friends. They don’t need sound.

this empty space consumes me, making my heart beat thud faster & faster until it will stop together. this barrel has me in a tumble, a frozen state of desire, of complete & bitter sadness. I am alone here.

stuck in a barrel. a tiny space confining these thoughts, these feelings, this potential. soon i will run out of air to breath, words to ay, and dreams to dream. before that time comes i want to tell you, Wallace Fetzer I am still in love with you.

they sit there, faces drawn of all color
vacant bodies in a grey world
reflecting on the people they once were, the people they are, and the people they will be
they are entirely alone, despite sitting next to each other in neat, orderly rows
their guardians make sure that any traces of vibrancy are squeezed out of them like the orange juice they drink every morning
their lives are books of endless white pages
they are anything but themselves

This makes me think of “Holden”, like Holden Caufield from the Catcher in the Rye. I’ve never read that book, but I want to. Like I want to read 1984 too. I’m bad at typing….. which is why this is so short.

Virat Kohli ! Isn’t he the most good looking person on earth? I love his aggression, his passion, his fiery personality! I hope he does well for Team India! But he better not perform any antics off the field. I feel bad for the cricketers for being followed around all the time! They must constantly feel the heat.

I’m sorry you’re dead, but you’re lucky because you’re a lightning bolt and I’m not.

I don’t like this word. Give me another. I’ve had this word before, and I don’t feel like writing about it anymore. I also don’t feel like writing about it for 60 seconds because those would be a wasted 60 seconds, due to the fact that my previous 60 seconds on this site were devoted to this exact word. This subject has been exhausted thoroughly, and I wish to move on with my life now, thank you.

The extinguished furnace took up the damp room, a reminder of the lack of coal that season. Sitting down beside it to write, Ellie gave a furtive glance towards her brother, who was carefully probing the insides of what was left. I watched closely from the window, wondering if I should enter.

“Would you like fries with that?” The voice sounded mechanical, yet slightly endearing. I answered no, and pulled forward anxious to put face to voice. After seeing it I am now fully aware of what happens when you say “yes” to the fries.

When I was in the 5th grade, my red-headed, bitch of an English teacher, made us write 5 page fictional stories. My amigo Jake wrote his about our neighborhood, and entitled it “Chaos on My Street.” What the story lacked in substance, it made up for in tense changes, and I always thought “chaos” was pronounced “cha-hos.” Still do to this day.

It’s important that we have good health and nutrition if we’re ever gonna be able to avoid cleansing our acnes. One can almost see upon these as torments from the gods, and they will not be gone before one cleanse oneself from the sins one have comitted.
