I once slept in… and to my chagrin… I enjoyed it very much.
I once woke up… and to my luck… it wasn’t yet even lunch. : )

The gardener sat, sun-hat covering his face, the sun beating down on him as it did every day during the summer months. If you look close enough, you can hardly see the glint in his eyes, always towards the horizon, always trying to get out of the life he now lead.

He walked into this place at the darkest point of the night. The bars at the entrance gate were not inviting but he would not be stirred from this place. The night was dark and cold, and his skin shivered against his baggy clothes in the midnight air. As he walked along the gravel path his footsteps dug into the dirt. In the darkness the sound was deafening; a shrill scream in the dead of night. But this place was not empty

This wasn’t the first time he’d pulled this particular stunt. Despite countless lectures, my lessons never seemed to take hold and i knew he’d continue doing whatever it was that pleased him most in the moment.

I’m not very amused with my inability to write this prompt. Am I tired? Am I lacking in inspiration and creativity? I’ven’t written much, and more than 30 seconds has passed. It seems I have a lot of work to do, but I”m more than willing to put the effort and time and resources in to becoming the best writer i can.

miraculous is some word that I think is like amazing. Miraculous appears in the MIRACULOUS journey of Edward Tulane. Miraculous could also mean WONDEROUS The WONDEROUS journey of Edward Tulane.

It was the middle of the day and I felt that the essence of most of it had drifted through me, had found itself already a kind of distant “yesterday”, I felt that the yesterday would bring something back for me, would remember me as I’m remembering it.

2 of the same thing I.E twins
a fictional double are clones
in a Black Lagoon book, Hubie wanted to clone himself. he tried to double
You can find doubles in real life. like twins, as I said before.
it would be cool if I was a double.
I would hang out with him, and do what I wanted to do with him. being a double would be cool.

I was sitting on the couch, watching the television screen. Not really aware of what was on it. Just thinking. When had everything gone so wrong? How could everything have come to such a terrible climax? I knew then I wouldn’t be satisfied until I confronted her.

Incubation. such a peculiar way of doing things. Warming something up so it is not destroyed by natural selection as it should be. Using a machine to substitute for the touch of the parent. Here’s to never knowing how that child feels.

I think about a child as they lie in their crib. What dreams do they have? Who will this little person become. It is in their crib that a child is protected to dream the dreams that are necessary to become who they are to become. It is in a crib that I wish I could sleep.

A mirage. Something we thought was there but isn’t.
She was a mirage.
He always called her name. At the dining hall, at his office. Hoping to see her and her auburn hair, but as usual, she doesn’t answer.
Because she was a mirage. Someone he thought would always be there, but wasn’t.

With the coming of spring comes a new age; a mew phase of life, for both the world and myself.
The flowers have bloomed. Somehow I can relate to this, though I am not sure how.
When I look back at how different I am now, compared to the way I was before I came of age, I realize that I too have bloomed.

This makes me think about Dot from A Bug’s Life. But first, I thought of how much I loved dots when I was younger. I like bigger dots better than smaller dots. I think small dots are too restricted and orderly. Big dots are more adventurous.

Dot dot dot. An ellipsis. That’s all my mind draws at the moment; a sort of “blank” in place of would-be-should-be content.
Despite this, I begin moving my pen across the paper, determined to overcome my writer’s block. Before I know it, my paper is filled with words, yet just as empty.

There are many things that we are thankful for and people we don’t mind helping but for whom are we willful? Its an ability to open our hearts.

The world was about to end. But here I was, sitting in my rocking chair, thinking about all the things i could have done in my life. But now, my tea is getting cold, and the wafers need eating.

its all about having the stuff to back up your ideas, talents and self. its like your reputation, people need to know what you’ve done and how your valuable to them if your ever gonna make it big. Do big things and get big results.

Clasp my hand around yours. Because that’s what love is about. It’s about holding onto each other like we never want to let go. Together. Forever. My hand and your hand are one together forever. That’s what love is about. I am me and you are you. But together we are one.

I always think coffee shop, but that’s not entirely true is it? Cafe’s can be more than just a Starbucks. There used to be a nice little lunch cafe across from the 7/11 named “a good little cafe”. It was lovely, but it didn’t get enough business to stay open, and not its gone. Sad to see it go.

I was in france. I wasn’t sure where, but I could tell by the name of the cafe I was standing in that I was somewhere in downtown Paris. Not sure how to handle the situation, I checked my pockets for a cellphone of sorts, a way to gather my surroundings, maybe make a call.

I want to jump. Not really, but doesn’t it sound fun? To just let go of everything; to be free as possible, gliding for that split second. Really being alive.

a pestilence, much like the undeniable economy’s poignant enemy in the United States’ federal government. but the word isn’t simply just a disease in literal senses, but figuratively a collective people as well. don’t believe it? try seeing for yourself.

the visitor was not alive. he was a ghost but he didn’t know how to see. he was a blind ghost visitor and i was in my bed listening to the blind visitor amble around and bump into the night table. “umph” he said. then he said “boo”. I was freaked out by this blind ghost visitor. what a night that was.
