Somedays you just need a little something to draw from. A little cup of creativity to spark your insides

I just don’t have it in me today. The idea of sailing makes me sea sick and just confirms I don’t have it in me today. Did I mention it also makes me think of men in ugly boat shoes? What is that supposed to accomplish?

The solution I think is to keep going. Keep moving forward. Keep feeling like you’re accomplishing something. Otherwise I really don’t know the solution and I’m stuck feeling useless and somewhat hopeless about the whole situation

Forth would make a cooler writing prompt if you dropped the h…now who doesn’t want to write about fort? The cool fort that we built out of blankets, pillows and sheets in our basement or the treehouse fort that we dreamed we could build when we were nine

The entrance exam was quite easy considering all the emphasis they put on it. It really makes you distrustful of all adults when you experience something like that. You know, they pump it up and make a big deal out of it like only the elite get in and then you take it and wonder what the big deal was. Pretty much if you aren’t comatose you’ll get in.

They buried the pink button. Now it’s this kind of blue-ish black looking button. Sort of a midnight blue. I like it a lot more than that pick or magenta button. A pleasant start to one minute. Does it count if I used buried instead of bury?

Flip the bird. Why has this action caused me so much grief as of late? Seriously, kids point with that finger and it’s meaningless until some other kid comes along and tells them, “don’t do that. That’s swearing.” Really? It was innocent until you told them it was swearing. So now who’s wrong?

Junk in the trunk how obnoxious is that saying? How over used? Can we remove this phrase like all the others that jumped the shark ages ago? That’s all I’ve got today but at least I made an effort….

I like the word blast you can use it like swearing but it’s not really swearing so you can say it in front of anyone. “Blast, did you see that crazy driver?” So much less offensive that other words. Maybe cause of the fifth letter.

Is it really a loss for me? not so much. I mean, what do really get out of the relationship? Nil! Yes, I used the exclamation point because I think that point needs to be made and loudly. I’m tempted to use all caps

Chief was for a short time in my youth the name to be called. I’m not sure why. It seems to me that people groped around blindly searching for a suitable replacement for dude. Chief fell woefully short and dude eventually found it’s way back into favor.

Estate is the best they could come up with for New Year’s Eve? I wanted something a tad more inspiring. Expecting something really. I think we’ve been shafted this go round. Ahh, well you can’t win them all.

Profound yesterday was epiphany we’re not getting the big head are we? I mean, is anything really profound anymore? It really sounds kind of cliche if you want to know the truth. Very self important and narcissistic.

I want to relate. I try to relate. I think about relating. Truth be told I simply can’t relate. It’s like she’s from another planet. We have nothing in common except possibly a quick wit. Quick temper. Zero patience. I try though.

The video is just a skeleton of what it’s supposed to be. I don’t have the music to complete it. It’s worse than looking at a blank page at least with a blank page the possibilities are endless. The video with no music is just glaring at me with a looming deadline. That’s the only possibility finish it or not.

She found herself staring at the chalkboard. It helped drown out the constant droning of that voice…nails on a chalkboard if you can believe that. The board needed a good cleaning too.
