customs, family, annual, things that you do that have been done before, good times, happiness, familiar, heritage, comforting, sharing something with others that show a bit about who you are and what you are like.

It was crowded, as always. At five in the morning, the girl that claims she can see the dead was screaming again. The boy who moved here a month ago still hasn’t spoken a word.

Time is endless. It always goes on. It never stops. Not when the most important of us all dies. It’s ruthless and it’s nice at the same time. It’s funny how sometimes that’s exactly what you need. For time to be endless and never stop. It’s strange to think that when we die, time will still be marching on like nothing even happened. We’ll become meaningless in a world full of meaning. We’ll become the memes of today’s generations. We’ll become the history that we learn so much about in school. In fifty years our plights will look ridiculous and we’ll be laughed at like we laughed at those.

Bait is the food to catch fish, much like what companies use to attract customers. Like a fisherman who sets out his line with a worm to unsuspecting fish, companies send out hidden messages through the form of ads, commercials, posters, and commercials. We, just like fishes, hook onto them.

He was someone special in my heart, saying it in an octave higher so only he can hear it. It was a small phrase that people say to people that mean nothing “I Love You”.

something you brush your teeth with, cleans your teeth with toothpaste. You brush your teeth in the morning and at night. When you go on holidays you take a toothbrush with you in your toiletry bag. A basic sanitary item.

Alone in the sky the falcon flew high and low in search of food. It was a solitary living thing in the sky, looking to satisfy the hunger it its stomach.

I hate tea, I hate the way it all taste Earth and that hipster trash have just decided to take it as their own. I hate the wormy smell it gives off and I hate the grotesque way the sight is dark and yet still opaque.

His smile was miraculous, cookies fresh out of the oven, lemonade on hot summer days. The edges of his teeth biting at the soft skin of his upper lip, and a smile playing at the corners of those lips, teasing me, testing me.

Derby. First, thoughts of racehorses blustering through the dust. Biting at the metal bits in their mouth, pushing to go faster and faster. I hear stampeding hoofs, loud whoops of the jockeys as they lean forward with nothing but determination and glee in their eyes. I imagine the tunnel vision of these magnificent creatures; their visions narrowed down to a pinpoint. Derby. A true feat of endurance, determination, and strength. The thundering is, and always will be, graceful.

To feel this way is one of the worst feelings. This is a feeling of loss of control and no one likes to be out of control. Sadness is one thing, we know this feeling. To be baffled is to not understand something and that is definitely worse. I never want to be baffled.

The one braid that she had swept into her ponytail caught his eye as her sword flew past his face. He jumped backwards. How could he be beaten by a girl? she was skilled and fast

England is a pretty place, especially in the north, rolling hills and castles and countryside. but this isn’t the national norm. That’s why I love England so much, the diversity.
The worst thing is that diversity and division often go hand in hand, the north/sounth divide is something we hear of a lot but that’s because of the vast difference between the largely rural north and the more industrial south.

A frenzy of emotions swept me,
I was floored by the wave of feelings,
I did it!
I had finished.

Sea shells by the sea shore, she said. But these weren’t shells, and there certainly was no sea to be seen. I’d missed the most important detail. ….

The man was always there, always on that same street corner. Huddled up drinking coffee and staring at the people passing by. “Sir aren’t you cold?” she squeaked, looking at him. “Of course, but as you see I am homeless.” He replied, “I don’t want to burden anyone though. She handed him a hundred dollar bill and said “At least go have you a good meal, and call me if you need anything,” writing her number on a card.

I read a book about the sisterhood of the traveling pants once. I never understood why us women always had to take things and make them sound dumb. Brotherhood, now that is really cool sounding, but sisterhood makes it sound like you’re about to get into the middle of something you really don’t want to.

I was once a flower, blooming into love. You were the only thing I had, you fed me, watered me, took care of me. I was the only flower in your garden, or so I thought. I stretched my petals to find that I was nothing but a weed in a barren desolate garden overrun with chaos and pity.

There was a barren wasteland, it was completely deserted. No one wanted the land because it was cursed long ago over a family dispute. The only thing it would grow was pumpkins and everyone hates pumpkins. Nothing good would come of this land.

The plane buffeted back and forth in the sky. All the passengers inside could hear the buzzing, but it was loudest in the back, especially the very last seat. The one right next to the bathroom, where you could hear all the people excreting their waste over and over again. Those seated there shifted their bodies repeatively, crossing their legs back and forth irritably and trying to ignore the sound of the plane moving against the airstream, but it droned on. And on. And on.

there are many moments in life where this applies heavily
in math
you must reduce in order to make your life easier
although the process may not be deemed as worth it
take a deep breath
they say
but to think about that complicates
the supposed simplification.

what does this word mean
“happen or occur afterward or as a result”

well things ensue from every single action
everything has a consequence or a success
or a lesson afterwards.

Enemies are evil caneevil people who don’t like you. They come in all shapes and forms. Some are ugly and some, the worst of all, are actually very attractive. This makes us hate them more. I don’t like hating people so if someone is my enemy they must’ve done something absolutely terrible. I don’t really have any enemies though.

the gardens all have plants but some
are weeds
and for some reason the gardeners pluck those weeds out of their lives
like they are evil
but they are plants too
just not in this world.

chess does not work well

“a final defeat or deadlock”

there is no such thing as “a final defeat” in life
there will always be constant battles than will never be won
and will never be lost

anything is overcome when you are on one

a split-second chance
the choice between
eyes open or eyes closed;

jump only if deep
retreat only if shallow; .
