There’s only so much I can say about ’round’ at this point. There seems to be no round. There seems to be a maze, tetris, land mines (that don’t lead you in a circle unless you die and become not born again).

The minerals in my box are special. My brother is gone, my mother is missing, my father is dead. The only thing I have left are these minerals in my box. The minerals in my hands.

I looked through the window and saw the rain. It didn’t phase me, I mean, this is Seattle after all. I reach down to the sill and hold his favorite toy. I love it, too. It matches us both. A lion. He loves the crinkle. I love the yellow. I also love what the lion represents. Strength.

I used to dance at a place called the Dance Gallery. For a few years I spent upwards of 20 hours a week there, learning tap, jazz, modern, funk, modern, ballet, everything. It was some of the best experiences of my life, and some amazing friends came from it.

keeping in the mind what you can’t say. you know it is there, but it is stuck. it is a prisoner. I know what this is like, especially right now. it isn’t great. it is what it is. i hope to be free soon… soon.

whenever i go to the theater, i make sure to bring along a small notebook. i take notes on the things i see, and especially on the things i love about the show. there are frequently things i wish to remember at a later time, and they are very important.

when i was six years old or so, i was presented with my first award. it was for some trivial thing like perfect attendance, as if we were meant to believe that sort of thing matters in the world. still, it mattered to me then. it still matters to me, as i have had perfect attendance from then until now.

july is a month in which i often become nostalgic. for the things i have lost, and for those i do not have yet. in july, i begin to recall all i have done before, and think of what i will do in the near future. for these things, i am both grateful and distressed.

rise again from the top of the world, rise again from the sky, from the stars and be bigger, bigger than the best part of you.

They themselves were confused on what had happend that evening. everything flew by so quickly. The whole night had been a whirling swirl off mess. The delaris must have been part of this mess but maybe they werent maybe they didnt know about the plan. but it must have been full proof. but however maybe it wasnt.

With clenched teeth the old man tried to help the young boy move the box up the hill. After completing this Sisyphean task, he looked inside to see the boys rock collection.

Help! Someone is chasing me! Just kidding, I’m sitting at my computer typing. I’m not sure what this website is, but it seems pretty cool since I found it while browsing stumble upon. Am I supposed to be doing a “so you think you can roleplay” thing? I don’t know, but I used to play games like that when I was younger so this might be a good way to get my creativity flowing and just for some fun and relaxation. Help!

I believe we all have zones. States of mind where we can really concentrate or just simply let go. I am in zone right now. And I love it.

I want so many things out of this life I’m given. I want to win the lottery, not just for me but for others also. But how do you expect to be respected when all you do in life is want.

this man was sitting on the stretcher as he was being taken away by the EMS men, his heart was slowly stopping, he had trouble finding his breath. His friend stood next to him holding his hand tightly, trying to insure him that he was going to be okay but he knew he wouldn’t make it once he feel asleep for good.

The stretcher was white, and bare, and simple. You would have no idea that just an hour before, it held a young lady fighting for her life. She twitched and flinched and, during those last few moments, just stared into the heavens. As if she knew.

When I stepped through the door of my one-bedroom apartment on the East Side, I realized that my boyfriend was no longer there. He had stayed with me there for the past 6 months, and he was scarce when I arrived home. I blindly searched around, to find a note taped on the fridge which simply said, “Leaving. See you again. Maybe. I love you, Brendan.”

The coking stuff was my least favorite. It never seemed to make any sense to me as a young girl. I literally could not imagine why anyone in his or her right mind would ever make a recipe more greasy than it needed to be. I liked my brownies cakey. I liked everything that way at the time of my youth. I was never a fan of any type of oil.

I put on the apron that my mother handed to me, and I patted flour onto my hands. She instructed me on how to knead the bread dough just so, and I closely watched her worn hands. I placed my smaller hands on the spot she touched and started to fold the bread justlikeher.

The ability to order something, to make something bide to your will. Control is often taken advantage of, leaving others with no say in their lives. Either way the soul is wounded.

Your lasts. Your last breath. Your last smile. Your last laugh. The last moment you spend with your family. Death is the last curtain call.

A certainty in life. A distinct action or meaning. The difference between light and dark.

What we need to live, and enjoy life. Wonderful people, food, love, shelter, and dreams.
My life is basic, and I’m happy for that.

They printed everything. It was everywhere. Everyone could see it.
It was also beautiful in a way. All the letters, all the words.

she sits with her head in her hands. He had decided to leave her for his family up North, with no promises of ever calling, or even speaking.
“Why?” She whispers to the starlit sky, but her pleas are not answered, and neither are her wishes to see him running back to her apologizing for ever thinking of leaving.
