Green glasses sculpting the frame of a young child with brown squares too large for his head, pinching him behind the ears like his mother when he does something wrong. The books in his hand are battered with dirt stains, along with streaks of sweat from running away from troubles, like his father and bullies. The shirt he’s wearing is buttoned up to his collar because his mother did it for him, and she’s one of the few things that believes in him.

My soul is weathered much like that of the stone walls of Stone Henge. Through years of hardship I have overcome and made my path as it needs to be. I will continue to wash away the erosion and become the person I’m destined to be.

i ran faster than the speed of light, the rouge insane agent followed at a fast pace, but i did not look back. I jumped over obstacles and bystanders, and then finallly i found a crowd of tourists with whom i blended in with.

The lemon is definitely the most sarcastic fruit of the bunch. Constantly talking down to the others with the sour expressions and sarcasm. Or so they thought. They didn’t understand that it was just his way of expressing himself, and that he never took his words all that seriously.

Anchors away, my boy. That’s what we say when we’re setting up home for the night. We put our trust in the anchor, believing it’ll keep up firmly planted while we dream. When the sun comes up, the anchor does, too. Time to find a new home.

I was once startled by a moose. I am sure the moose was also startled. I was taking a walk with my dog.

Now is a relative term used to describe the present. In the time it takes to say it, it is no longer valid. Time is relative and fleeting, two concepts which normally don’t fit together. If something is relative it is usually within the perimeter of control.

I ran into the science wing, out of breath. My mom told me I had to get my grades up. Strangely, I’m great at the subject, I’m just lazy. Science is all. I ran into my teacher. I fucked him last week, so I avoided him a lot. The sex was crazy-good, but it was just weird because I had never fucked an older guy before. His dick was huge and I cried when he put it in.

I feel the wind blowing through my hair as I’m speeding down the freeway. The motion of my hair reminds me that I am a free-bird. Allowed to do as i please and make my own rules.

The lantern glowed dimly, the flame within threatening to flicker and die at a moments notice. The holder swung the lantern slowly back and forth, the flame flickering with the pendulum’s motion. The fire called to me, its siren song wrapping its sweet tendrils around my ears, drawing my eyes toward it, threatening to reach into my very mind.

I like to sit in a booth, at crowded restaurants, when i can’t stop thinking of anyone or anything else. it helps make me feel at peace with the world. things dont feel as lonely in a booth, even if i am alone. it almost feels like booths are places where people can come together. and belong. booths are great. and make me feel great.

Sounds a bit boring. Executive… Kinda stuffy, just like the type of person it represents. Although with so much responsibility, I guess everybody would get to be like that….

i’ve always wondered about things and wondered why i wonder about them. i feel like ben would like to write about wondering because his thoughts are always wandering about science and religion and free will and life in general and i’m always confused because i never really know how to contribute to the conversation but i listen and i listen well because maybe someday my thoughts will be able to be formed and i’ll actually contribute in some way to society with my thoughts. have you ever wondered how the human body works? have you ever wondered how incredible it is that we’re such small things on earth yet we create absolutely everything around us?

Almost every day was magic and delightful, it wasn’t until the later parts of my life that I learned that a refrigerator repair man, with a drinking problem will almost always beget infidelity issues.

Almost every day I wish something would change, nothing changes. Everyday I tell myself that something will change, almost every day. To be honest though, I have to admit that it isn’t really that bad to be me, I guess there are millions of people in the world that have it worse than me. I’m just bored, almost to tears.

Tables. Everywhere. I was sitting at the one at the back of the class. Looking toward the board filled with scribbles of writing. I cannot focus in this space. I want to go back home. I want to be back there. I hate it here. Table. Everywhere. I hate this set up. I hate this school. I hate the people. I hate me…
