Gears. Gears turning. Black. A chain wrapped around the gears. Gears turning in my head. I’m thinking about gears. I’m thinking about learning to ride my bike and hitting a fence. I came down the hill and turned up into my driveway where there was a wood fence. I couldn’t stop. I drove right into the fence and flew over the top of it.

Everyone and everything is working together seamlessly. Communication is open and honest and frequent. Integrated systems work best with periodic review and commitment to its success.

I will soar as I learn to read. Higher and higher as I learn more science and math and social studies. Watch me soar into the future!

Life is getting continuously outsourced to technology, as a result we are thinking less and doing more. Compromising our ability of logical thinking…

I am attuned to your empathy. I am empathetic. Oh this isn’t working out. I can’t write! Ok, so we’re both empathetic. Empathetic people are attuned to one another. This is the worst piece of writing I’ve ever created! I’m not attuned to my creativity!

Why did I have to see this word? My husband’s goofy niece is named Grace, and she’s everything but. She’s an immature flake who has absolutely no social GRACES. She doesn’t match her name.

UGH. She slammed the door and threw herself on her bed. She kicked her feet up and down and made deep indentations on her beleaguered mattress. No carbs. No sugar. How is she supposed to deal with these cravings?! Don’t these diet experts understand what it means to be addicted?!

MIRACULOUS I look at the cat and think that each mark on each hair forms such a miraculous pattern, that they know how and when to form stripes and then I brush backward to see the smokey undercoat, with no stripes. If God can create this, then everything is perfection. And no power but God could create this.

I can be an analytical person. I like to know how things work, so I dig deeper and ask questions….sometimes I ask a lot of questions! So, being analytical helps me see whats going on.

I was so imtimidated about being asked to speak infront of the group, that I was tempted to flee the room before I broke out in hives from anxiety and fright.

I love God, he is myc reator, my salvation, my Alpha and Omega. I fear him, I fear his wrath, his disappointment, his massiveness. I want to please him but I find it daunting to imagine being able to please him properly.

I always sang you the same lullaby Goodnight Joey, Sleep tight Joey, The God above is a God of Love little boy, sleep in peace, it is still my prayer for you when I awake in the middle of the night with thoughts of you, so far away yet so close to my sweet dreams.

I have the sexiest jacket. It goes to my knees. It’s made out of navy twill, with big black buttons. It has a tie that accentuates the waist and breasts all in one simple knot.

one word a day, is that the same as one something else a day. one bagel a day would be good, but two bagels a day would be even better. bagel rhymes with kagel and that’s about it. but i suppose there are more clever people that i who can find a rhyme. i don’t mind though as i am just about to go and eat my tea.

I like bagels, especially when they are the cinnamon and raisin type, but they are apparently very fattening in Weight watchers. I can eat them “raw” without being warm, but some people frown on that. I don’t really like the onion ones or the plain ones but will eat if necessary. I like real bagels, from America but the ones we can buy here at a push.

i am having a hard time just writing and not thinking about the word think! what in the world can I write about the word think. I spend a lot of time thinking each night before I fall asleep. I think about what I will do tomorrow and try to put a to do list together in my brain. I like to think about how my day will go, so that I can be as prepared as I possibly be for the day ahead.

Sure, things are not always as we wish for them to be, but sure as shit we are alive in this moment and striving to feel that life. To be present. To be sure of our own existence.

If it were or were not if it is or is not is there a difference? Shall I believe? Can I choose to believe if I do not believe? Had I been able to believe, would it be possible then? Is it still? I have to believe it is but fear it is not…

it’s not something I ask for all that often, but something I think I am in dire need of and I don’t know how to ask for it. Afraid of seeming weak or inept, how do you say it’s ok to need some help from time to time?

We walked down the road together, kicking stones and looking behind at our dust. We were leaving a place that held both good and bad memories, wanting to forget all of it and begin the next chapter.
