It’s impossible to see a field of freshly fallen snow and not think “I need to put some tracks through that.” The natural inclination becomes one path along the outside, followed by another and then another. It’s not until you’re cold, sweaty and exhausted that you enjoy the circles you’ve made.

families are where we go for support, where we go for love and laughter. Families are where we go or who we are with during the holidays, but families can also be the cause of much damage, as people in families can hurt one another.

a hundred years ago was a man, a simple man in a simple time. None of the hustle and bustle we have now. No no life was simple back then, trees were greener the sky was bluer

is a very interesting analogy because as someone once said if we were to put our heart locked away deeply in a cabinet then what would we be. We would neither be able to love or to feel love because we are fearful and protecting our hearts from what could be when really we should embrace what it could become.

They tend not to look at the whole picture but may be able to pick out what crucial details one might miss over without a second glance. Unfortunately they are of great lack in today;s society

I was born in a town called Hastings, not far from a village called Freeport where I now call home. Towns are too big I prefer the village. Wait I’m a city boy, I love the city. Towns are smaller than cities.

I think advice is important. Its not that someone should take everyone or even anyone’s advice. But by listening to advice or counsel from multiple sources, you get different points of view in which you can use to make a sound decision. It helps to have people who think differently than you yourself does. But in the end it is just advice and yourself is responsible for the final decision.

A person you should always be on good terms with. They will be your angel in hard times or your devil during all times.

Searching. Aren’t we all searching for answers? Sure, we may claim to have them all or dismiss those that seem unknowable, but at our core, we are built to search, built to know, and to be know. God’s wisdom and knowledge are ingrained in us, and as such, our persistent longing and searching for answers is a powerful reflection of him.

Red brick became popular after the famous Chicago fire. People thought it was a good look. I hit a brick wall with a bicycle once as a kid. it was not fun. Brick is good. Houses made of brick are sturdy.

That I don’t have to go to Union Station
and take a Train
or a Plane.
To get to where I’m trying to go.
Because deep down I know

nothing reminds one better of a good night spent with a lovely lady than the lingering smell of her fragrance in the air or on your clothing, smell is intrusively potent and I certainly like it. My favourite is Eden and any women wearing it is immediately more attractive to me.

I’d love to sail away, on air, on water. Just go … floating and come back when everything is better.

this is the darkest time in the life of so many it really makes one wonder where it will all end. What will be the outcome of these countless hours spent in quiet desperation in front of this blinking cursor

These marks on my withered hands formed who I am today. These crosses and scars and deformities. Today, I made a difference. Today, I mattered.

She wandered across the barren beach, the grey sky chilled and overcast. the steel grey waves crashed against the nearby jetty, making just enough noise to drown her thoughts and forget the horrors that had befallen them all.

sometimes the middle is a funny place to be. I don’t think anyone thinks it is actually funny. I am just saying that because I don’t know what to write. You could say I am in the middle of choosing weather to write positively or negatively about the middle. The Middle. It is where you are your whole life. In the middle between life and death

The veins in his arm pulsed in rythym with his heart which was working far more than it had in years. His chest hurt, but he was unable to think of anything other than the voice on the other end of the phone. Could this really be happening? Coul this all really be true? And if so, what was he going to do now? The voice began to grow dim and was overshadowed by the beating of his heart…
