To love is to sacrifice. That is the name of my Tumblr. Except I went and created a blog with another name. This post could have been 10x more interesting, but the rules were to not think about it. So therefore, I decided to not think and just write. That’s a sacrifice of my good writing skills, right? Therefore, I have not only written about the word, I have accomplished writing about the word.

To comfort in a time of need. I remember having to be consoled by my friends because of a break-up from my first boyfriend. Never again, I say! Not worth my time. I’m ready for future whether I feel it or not. I’m ready to take it head on with all my heart.

My grandparents live in a trailer down in Texas. I remember it’d take all day to get down there, but once we were it was okay. I know that they are enclosed like animals inside the gates of the trailer park, but they everything they’d ever want. A little neighborhood, a pool, a ‘clubhouse’. It’s their own piece of paradise and heaven. What more could a old person want?

Sometimes people lose control. Over a year ago, I lost control of myself. It’s the worst feeling in the world. To let your live and emotions just spill over, it can hurt. It can not only hurt yourself but those around you… it can push them away. But everything turns out of the better in the end. If it’s not okay, then it’s not end. That’s control.

Barber shop poles. The old men who cut older men’s hair with the razors that buzz like tiny little bees. Their smiles form happy wrinkles and they share stories of their past together. It’s where they can all enjoy themselves. The barber get paid and the customer gets their hair cut. It’s a win-win situation.

I picture two eldely people (a man and a women) sitting on a bench in park holding hands. Their fingers are coated with age and wisdom. But this represents love in it’s purest form, for they’ve gone through thick and thin with each other. Those are the best kind of relationships. Those are the happy endings in fairy tales.

My Uncle Jerry likes the mango. I’m not sure why I remember this out of all things, but that’s the first that pops up in my mind. I bet it’s a tasty fruit and is probably sweet. I know that it has a orange-ish color and isn’t much smaller than an orange. It’s round and is probably somewhat soft. It smells sweet and I’m sure perfume does it not justice.
