Looking for someone to lease me. Only £200 per month. Someone who will take care of me, clean me regularly and love me. That’s all. That’s the contract. All enquiries welcome.

I’m always up with the trend. Or so I like to think. I’m never quite convinced I’ve totally got it, but I know there’s something. I just wish I had it all, you know, like in the magazines. But is that really the trend? Hard to know a trend from a trend.

I always want to revolt even when I have little to revolt against. Something historical lives within me, desperate to break free, to change everything for good.

It is not a good idea to test the strength of my spine. Though I have been doing it for years, it only brings tears to my eyes.

Illuminated from afar casts a glow on your face. You become magical. You are magical. The starlight is simply revealing the truth.

Driving my car to the doctors surgery took me on a journey across centuries. A journey through a life long gone, now catching up with me.

  • freeme commented on the post, century 9 years ago

I never used to think about time. Not so long ago I wasn’t even aware of time. And yet look at me now, it’s all I ever think about. How it goes by so fast, or even so slow. Time can be a second or a century. There’s no difference.

I wish I had a magic gong. If I had a magic gong I would use it to freeze people in time so I could talk to them without them interrupting. Now that would be magic!

Gong. Gong. Gong. A loud sound pierces my ears and yet calms my soul. I think it’s in the echo, beyond the gong. The resounding gradual quieting of the vibration.

The view from a train window always fascinates me. It’s not what’s in here, this carriage, that counts. It’s what’s out there. The house in that valley. I want to knock on their door and say hello.
