Every day there are people in the streets. In cars. Riding buses or trains. We call them citizens. Citizens of city X, Y, or Z. We are all citizens of our country, of our world. And yet we treat each other so differently. So inhuman. What happened? Why did we become this way?

There was once a time my people loved to watch the night sky. Filled to the brim with stars and planets. Until the showers started. It was like sparklers falling to the ground, not particularly harmful. They grew bigger with time. Our ways of life changed, until we lived underground and no where else.

I usually don’t eat it. But then again it is a special day. Maybe I could, just once. But then If I do, I know I’ll regret it and pay for it for the rest of my life. But then again it has ALWAYS tasted SO good! Maybe I could, just once, eat dessert. Maybe.

I thought they were kidding when they said what the mission was. Honestly, who actually does this sort of thing? I mean, I know I do, but is it just me? Or are there others? I can’t believe they sent me here! I’m going to DIE! And it’ll be their fault and I can’t do […]

We sat down next to the fireplace and he took my hands in his. I looked up at him and he smiled gently. He smiled back then looked away and told me that he was breaking up with me. My heart sank to the bottom of the ocean then to hell. I watched as he […]

I hate this. Why do I get all the work? There are PLENTY of other people around do to this sort of thing. Maybe if I did it wrong they would stop asking me to do it. I know, I will do everything wrong!– But then I won’t get paid. Damn prints. I hate this. […]

The temperature was BOILING. I couldn’t believe how hot it was! One day it’s freezing cold the next it feels like we are on the equator! I think I need to move. Somewhere where it isn’t so… temperature drastic change-y. A place that is perfect for someone like me… Maybe Hawaii.

I can’t believe I failed. Now they are sending someone else on the mission, hoping they’ll succeed. But I knew what I was doing! I was under cover! They shouldn’t have known I was there! Unless– There’s a spy among us! What if it’s— No! They can’t send him! He’s the spy! Shit! How am […]

The scene was intense. He likes her, but she likes him and he likes this other girl who isn’t even around any more. And just when the awkward ‘I love you’s were out a sudden crash from the living room is heard. I jumped and screamed. “Geez, calm down, it’s just a movie” my boyfriend […]

  • Rain commented on the post, station 8 years, 4 months ago

The station had never been so busy. After the accidental glimpse of a celebrity everyone wants to be apart of it, see if there are any more around. But then there are none, they all have fled, no longer able to live ‘normally’. I always use this station to go to work, but after the […]

The train station was deserted. My ‘friend’ on the other side. He glared at me, wanting me to leave, but I still had something to say. I tried to take a step towards him but a force of wind pushed me back a couple of steps. “Please! Just hear me out!” “I will have nothing […]

I love the bus station, it showed me that people of different backgrounds can mingle even if they don’t mean to. They talk to each other, get to know each other, and maybe even fall in love. Of course I can’t get that. I wish. That is only a fairy tale that won’t happen to […]
