When i was young, i was always afraid of the basement. It seemed like a dark cave where monsters and other creepy cralwys would lurk. There were alwys creepy noises and creaks and moans that came from the basement. I later learned it was just a washer but back then it was very scary. Today i wish i had a basement so i had somewher eto hide.
A basement is somewhere that I find to be dark and dreary. One could do many things with a basement, however to me it will always be that creepy place I remember from my childhood. The place where creaky noises come from, the weird light glowing under the door adn the loud sounds groaned from the washer.
