His head is pressed to the window as he tries to see her on the platform. His mind fills with sadness. The train pulls away and she becomes a speck. He leans back on his seat and closes his eyes.

the train i saw this day was colored green and yellow.it was very cleanly furnished from the inside the ac room of this train was very beautiful and the seats were colored blue there were also blue matching pillows at all of the seats. The people were not very bad at all most of them were going for a trip but we were going for some work of my dad and also for my dads conference. The room was very pleasant when the train started and we left our city i started to watch the television. At night time I ate some early snacks like chips and i drifted off to sleep.

he got on the train with nothing but a couple of dollars in his back pocket. he had no idea where he was going to go, or where he would end up at all. he rode the train all night until he woke up 600 miles away from home. he got off the train and changed his name. he wasn’t him anymore, but someone new, someone else.

I want to take a train to the middle of no where. Riding track after track into the heart of isolation and release. Leaving problems and worries in the dust of a car w

most amazing summer. a summer from the songs. sitting on the roof top in dimming warm light. walking along the tracks. he placed a penny on the track and showed me how to wait for the train to flatten it. then he handed it to me and walked with me although the others were in front. it is still in my chest.

westbound. on a train to nowhere, yet the possibilities are infinite. the endless ways she could pass the time were unbelievable, and she thought that the first thing she wanted to do once she stepped off that train was to look as far as her eye could see, and walk and walk until she couldn’t walk any longer. then lay down in the grass, stare at the sky, and think.

the train ran through the sewers with dismembered heads and crocodiles and the waters stunk like fetid rats. she sat inside and watched these blackened walls pass her by and she thought of what she was leaving behind, and that she didn’t know if she would actually last long away from it. that boy sucked at her like a virus.

MY TRAIN OF THOUGHTS WENT SOMETHING LIKE THIS. WHAT IF I WERE TO BOARD A TRAIN AND NEVER GET OFF. THE TRAIN WOULD PASS THROUGH ENDLESS RAGGED, FILTHY PLATFORMS, LUSH PASTURES AND A MILLION OTHER SIGHTS – SOME BEAUTIFUL. SOME UGLY. WHO WOULD MY FELLOW PASSENGERS BE? WOULD THEY BE BE JUST LIKE ME – PEOPLE WHO HAD BOARDED THE TRAIN NEVER TO GET OFF? OR WOULD I SEE THEM LEAVE THE TRAIN WHEN THEIR DESIRED DESTINATIONS ARRIVED?

This was the night, lonesome and mysterious. I never knew so much could happen on a rail device. One that is almost as old as modern history itself.

this train of thought leads no where. to where I can be. where I want to be. to where I thought I would be a year ago, a month ago, yesterday. but today this train leads nowhere. only to where I am now.

Oh, your motion,
Your one-way track
A machine body cold and steel,
Steal my breath as you pass.
Ease your motion
Loud whistles and blurs,
Lead me to the ocean.

to train is to make oneself into an image that you see in your head. it can’t be forced upon you. it must come from the will to get better at a skill or action.. training is intense and focused.. it is hard work and ultimately is fun….. You can never train too hard

i always wanted to ride one of these. they seem to transport people to places far away, with the music long forgotten as played out as the tracks it lies upon. awfully poetic for just a mode of transportation eh? maybe one day i’ll have my own story to share upon these tracks. maybe,,,

the train was sitting in the station, i was sitting on the train. i looked out the window and saw a family on the platform and thought “they look so beautiful” and they did. not only did they look happy, they looked sad. sad to be splitting up, as only the father was boarding the train. the beautidul woman, his wife was tearing up and holding their toddler up for her husband to kiss goodbye.

The subways are always so crowded and sweaty during rush hour. It’s even sweaty during the winter. Must be due to all the body heat from the masses of people pressed together. But there’s something nice about it, isn’t there?
Everyone’s heading in the same direction.

i once took a train to New York City with my father. I was very young. We had a great time and stayed in a hotel. We were there for a T-shirt convention.
I wish we could take trains everywhere. It’s my favorite type of transportation. I love the dining car.

I went to the park with Michael Jordan to train for the tournament coming up. He gave me this basketball and said show me you stuff. I took the ball and marvelled at what I was able to do making all my shots and performing all the moves. He took the ball back tied one arm behind his back and did everything I had just done.
It was unbelievable. He was a wizard with the ball and not like a Washington Wizard. I saw him do the incredible in front of my eyes.
Her last thought was about how majestic the train looked as it rounded the corner, nearing with every passing second. Her heart beat fast against her chest and she second guessed her decision, but it was too late.

At the bottom of the Bibby-Cheshire’s garden was an old railway carriage with it’s axles on blocks. It had stiff heavy handles and bolts inside and was painted British racing Green. The seats were gone and now it was the home of a flock of budgerigars and a flight space defined by wire mesh was attached to an open window at one end. Cheeping bubbled across the lawn and pond and all was sleepy and at rest. Where had it been? Where was its engine? Where were the fellow carriages of its working life?

the manhole was smoking slightly.
it skipped on the frogs and splattered the sides.
waved to the tadpoles blinking away.

today i feel like i got hit by a train. yesterday i wrote a blog about my disdain for father’s day and today i feel the emotional repercussions. my dad passed away when i was two, all of thirty-four years ago and it just never seems to get any easier. his birthday and the anniversary of his death don’t make me feel as bad as father’s day.

I like riding on the train. I want to take the train to another state. I would much rather take a train than an airplane. I’m kind of afraid of heights. I’ve been wanting to ride the train more often lately.

i like trains, i want to go on a train to melbourne one day. preferably with all my friends so that we can go shopping. i think that many people dislike the train system in austraaaalia, which is understandable because no one likes a hobo. and i dont like sitting next to weird random people and i don’t like that. what if they rape me!
