  4. If I see the phrase “We are stardust” one more time, I’m going to use my frustration to summon a meteor to crash down on every wannabe poet and astrologist’s house. We are not stardust. We are more complex than that. To call us the remnants of a massive ball of gas and light is nearly an insult. We are formulas and equations. We are chemical reactions and explosions. We are a tight, dense, compact bottle of potion that, if drunk, can brew an entire galaxy.

  5. We were made of stardust, at least that’s what I’d always been told. But tonight, I didn’t feel billions of years old. I didn’t feel like I was once bright, or that I once was billions of degrees hot. I just felt small. Small, lonely, and insignificant.

  6. When you look up into the clear night sky and contemplate the billions of stars in space, it really is hard to fathom that we, as tiny as we are, are all a part of this vast universe. We are made from, and will one day return to stardust.

I was diving in a sea of thousand colourful galaxies where I had fun playing with comets as if they were dolphins. sprinkled from your fingers
    i look up

    like snow flurries

  17. Sing, O Humanity, the Epic of Earth! The song that Mercury, Venus, Mars, and the all the giants would sing if they had souls! Begin with homage for the Dust! The dust! The dust of all dust! The mystery of all mysteries! The mysterium tremendium of desacralized modernity! The dust that sings, the dust that dances, that laughs, that crys. The dust that loves! The dust, the ash from the greatest furnaces of the heavens, the ancient stars that exploded outward and onward into distances and depths no mind can contempt without recoiling from itself, that was carried through the cosmic winds for billions of years, eventually forming itself into planets, into oceans, into land, into life, into you, everything you will ever know and touch and love. The magic of this dust is far more powerful than any power any wizard or oracle could ever attain, that can ever be thought-up in imagination, for the mind that conjures up such magnificence is only stirring this dust. It truly is incredible! Unbelievable! Beyond all rational explanation. No science can assail the mystery of this dust. All it’s questioning and all the answers it receives only leads to a deeper and deeper, stranger and stranger universe. Dear reader, dear precious stardust, never discount your thoughts, your consciousness, your awareness, or the awareness, consciousness, and thoughts of another human being momentarliy existing between two eternites. marvel before your mind. Our minds are the deepest mystery of the known universe. Our minds, our brains are the universe, a region of the universe, a structure of the universe. Humble yourself. Listen to all and listen reverently. The science if miracle is here all around us. The dust is everywhere.

    Niemand kann fliegen.
    Alle Logik kettet dich fest,

    dann könnte alles gehen.

  20. The stardust fell from the sky like snow, on a cold winter’s night. But in a funny way it brought warmth when it touched my skin. I rolled up my sleeves and asked for more. But it wasn’t long before it waned, and I crawled on alone, into more loneliness. Fleeting.

Thats what we wanted, to make them ours, so we crushed them, because they were to much for us to handle when they were themselves, we had to change them, tell them what they were, the stars that we crushed, all the star dust.

  25. She was quickly running out of breathe. Each intake of air felt like a serrated knife carving into her small, exhausted, longing throat. She hasn’t eaten in days, and it was getting difficult to live on a belly full of pond water and the array of roots and flowers she gathered prior to The Hunt. She felt her body failing. Her green eyes bulged from the cavities, giving the impression of a praying mantis. Her alabaster skin stretched across her skin in a most grotesque nature, filthy from her springing and sticky from her sweat. All things considered, she knew she must continue moving. Running. Stagnation meant death, and she knew too well. She had one remaining vial of stardust that must be carefully rationed if she wanted to see her family again.

  32. What is stardust? It makes me think of fairies. It makes me feel like I’m in a field, at night surrounded by fairies. We are looking at the night sky, at all the starts and just for one moment, I forget I’m not happy. Maybe all I should do is fill my life with more moments like this, that way I can forget I’m not happy more often.
