Organization is key, or so I am told. Binding papers together by having them stapled together seemed a great first step. Let us not forget that some pages should never be stapled to another.

I’d staple my hand to get out of class. I’d stab myself to get out of a large work conflict. I’d jump and kill myself to get out of meeting you again.

comes from a stapler, holds items together whether paper or fabric or some other source, can be taken apart afterwards if need be, silver, shiny, sharp, bends in on the back side of the staple to hold the layers together.

“Why are these papers stapled together?”
“Memo, sir. Every underwriter’s supposed to get it.”
“No, but why are they stapled together.”
“Sir, I just said – ”
“No, I mean like THIS.”
Alan stared as his boss threw the papers at him, realizing only now that they were stapled together, but with the insides facing each other. Meaning you had to rip the papers apart to read anything.

I cursed as the stapler stopped working. I groaned and slammed it against my paper, again and again, hoping to get the paper stabled, but it just wouldn’t work!
“Damn this,” I muttered as I tossed it.
I sighed, maybe it was just out of staples.

It should have been.
But I lost the stapler.
Like I do everything.
Now it’s just a stack of loose papers.
Just word out of order.

Visited a website: jobs.staplegun.us/copywriter. Thought I might look around a bit and see what my prospects are as a professional writer/editor. Also looked into another editor position. Maybe I just want to know what my skills are worth.

I was in the restroom washing my hands and noticed this bag lady beside me washing up from off the street. She had a ragged dress on, and it’s hem it was stapled.

My heart stuck to the inner workings of my chest. It was similar to that of glue..holding me in one place. One moment had defined my forever existence. My big doe-y, as some would call it, brown eyes welted up with new salty tears and I just couldn’t look away..I was stapled there.

I began to follow his broad shoulders down the green gardens path. It was ripe with vines and berries of all sorts. Thinking on the love he and I shared..I felt almost lost all in this one moment. My hand reached out to him before I knew it had left my side and suddenly our lips were stapled against each others..in a place with no time or sound.
rosalie was crawling around on the blue carpet of my office. Daniel dropped her off about 10 minutes ago, mysteriously saying that he couldnt take care of her for the day. i can only hope that my boss wont be mad about this. Rosalie is currently playing with the stapler. she shuts it on her finger and yells out in pain. she starts to cry.

i slumped down in my chair and put my head in my hands. I felt with my fingers the stapled corner of the two pages. I’d failed. “F” for “Fail”. How would i be able to make this up. It was simple: I wouldn’t.

I stapled my heart back together after it was broken into pieces by a jerk of a man. Now I realize that a good man would never break my heart just for the fun of it. My heart is mended, and now I use staples on paper only!

it was kind of weird though. All together again, sitting at that round table. Faces, laughs, signs, changes, it was all part of a pitoresque painting waiting to be drawn. All it was missing was the stapled conversation. The subject was on everyone’s lips.

I started to get the papers stapled when I heard a big crash and a scream. Jim had stapled his own finger ow! How did he did he man age that?

One after another after another after another. Ka-chunk, ka-chunk, ka-chunk. The tedium eclipses life. I don’t even realize that I have run out of staples until someone points it out. This gray office could use a good thrashing.

stapled like actively given whats needed for anything your set in motion to do. and or clamping your sac to your leg. Take your pick.

“Ugh, I did it wrong again,” Melanie complained, reaching for the staple remover. “I stapled this packet wrong, too.”
“Professor Ketron is going to be furious when he sees all those little holes,” Abbey said, slamming her palm down on the red stapler on her desk. “You know how particular he is.”

He stapled the papers together very tight, but he broke the staple and started over. How much school work did he need to bring home. He was trying to find an easy way to bring it, but was just used to using the older stapler for getting his stuff .

I stapled together all my important letters–
the ones you sent years ago. Don’t know why I did that
since I was planning to burn them. But at the last minute
I decided to keep them.

i stapled my papers together at school one time. When I was little I accidentally stapled my finger. It didn’t even hurt…but I still regret it. It kinda hurt. yeah. But hey, staples are useful. I hope I never staple my finger again though. That was….I said it hurt. But I said it didn’t. It didn’t. Just saying.

Stapled together on her desk lay her term paper, the corner where the grade was written turned down so she didn’t have too look until she was ready. Beside her on the bedspread sat her roommate and best friend, Valerie, who was all but vibrating with excitement.
“Come on, Tam-tam. Look at it already!” she said, nudging her emphatically. “The suspense is killing me!”
Tamsin bit her lip, nervously eying the paper from her seat. “But if I failed…”
Valerie rolled her eyes. “You didn’t fail! You NEVER fail! So just scoot your fine ass over there and look at it already!”

Stapled? Stapled? I’m certain lots of things could be stapled. A piece of paper? A knee? A human head? They can all be stapled. They have something in common. We all have something in common… right?

Stripped from its place the torn paper flutters in the stormy winds taking on a new entity being freed from its stapled life on the billboard.

I look ruefully at the small, crumpled up piece of paper on the floor and sigh. I guess I should have known that someone, especially someone like Marcy, would have the heart to destroy my greatest creation. I had worked for months on that poem. I had been so proud of it. I guess I should have known when Marcy asked to read it.

Must be a nurse stapled my heart on my sleeve soon after my birth because that’s where it is always and forever, for everyone to see, stomp on, and hurt. Thank goodness my arm still works despite the traumas uninvited to the heart – and I wave a hearty bye-bye!

He stapled the blood drenched body of the little kitten onto the bathroom wall.
He knew his wife would go right into the bathroom to wash her hands when she returned from her job. She was so predictable, that maybe could shake her a bit.

“Our fates were stapled together,” she smirked. “Our lives were intertwined.” Then she leaned forward and ruffled his hair reassuringly. “But I broke the curse, you know? So you die and I’ll die. But if I die…you’ll survive.”
He shook his head frantically, his eyes widening in silent horror as he understood. “So that’s why-”
She nodded and stepped back. “I came to say goodbye.”

There were staples on the cork board, but no notes.
Casually, I asked Emily why there were no notes.
She merely replied
“That’s the point, they’re invisible”
