  6. Must be a nurse stapled my heart on my sleeve soon after my birth because that’s where it is always and forever, for everyone to see, stomp on, and hurt. Thank goodness my arm still works despite the traumas uninvited to the heart – and I wave a hearty bye-bye!

  13. Stapled together on her desk lay her term paper, the corner where the grade was written turned down so she didn’t have too look until she was ready. Beside her on the bedspread sat her roommate and best friend, Valerie, who was all but vibrating with excitement.
    “Come on, Tam-tam. Look at it already!” she said, nudging her emphatically. “The suspense is killing me!”
    Tamsin bit her lip, nervously eying the paper from her seat. “But if I failed…”
    Valerie rolled her eyes. “You didn’t fail! You NEVER fail! So just scoot your fine ass over there and look at it already!”

  14. i stapled my papers together at school one time. When I was little I accidentally stapled my finger. It didn’t even hurt…but I still regret it. It kinda hurt. yeah. But hey, staples are useful. I hope I never staple my finger again though. That was….I said it hurt. But I said it didn’t. It didn’t. Just saying.

  17. He stapled the papers together very tight, but he broke the staple and started over. How much school work did he need to bring home. He was trying to find an easy way to bring it, but was just used to using the older stapler for getting his stuff .

  22. it was kind of weird though. All together again, sitting at that round table. Faces, laughs, signs, changes, it was all part of a pitoresque painting waiting to be drawn. All it was missing was the stapled conversation. The subject was on everyone’s lips.

  23. I stapled my heart back together after it was broken into pieces by a jerk of a man. Now I realize that a good man would never break my heart just for the fun of it. My heart is mended, and now I use staples on paper only!

  25. rosalie was crawling around on the blue carpet of my office. Daniel dropped her off about 10 minutes ago, mysteriously saying that he couldnt take care of her for the day. i can only hope that my boss wont be mad about this. Rosalie is currently playing with the stapler. she shuts it on her finger and yells out in pain. she starts to cry.

    Alan stared as his boss threw the papers at him, realizing only now that they were stapled together, but with the insides facing each other. Meaning you had to rip the papers apart to read anything.
