  5. The laughter, heard in the morning at the break of dawn when your eyes are still crusted over, and your dreams are still hanging by a bedsheet, is the most beautiful sound that has echoed off the bare walls of my 3-story flat since I was born, possibly since you were born. … We are possibly the Most Perfect Couple in this half of London…

  6. I sat in class and laughed uncontrobably. I couldn’t help it. It was soo hard not too. The presentation Sasha gave about ET being real just blew me away. It’s not fault she is a hard believer in the unbelievable. Her father worked for the government in the “Secret Service” I say secret cause no one was ment to know.. But over the last six years, my family has become her family and her family mine. It happens when you get that close to someone. I looked around the class, they were also laughing at Sasha. She made it hard not too; she died her hair red just for the presentation, and she was a long “Hippy Style” dress that flowed down to her ankles.

  10. Laughter, something breaking the still of the night. The night that was filled with tense scoffing and irritable grumbles. One where it was easy to understand a begging puppy’s cry for attention. As we walked through the cold of the night, my laughter finally brought that handsome smile to your face, and I was enchanted again. Again I’ve fallen into my trap

  14. The pearls of laughter bubbled up from her throat, escaping through her mouth and rebounding off of the walls around them. He sent her a hurt look, obvioiusly not liking her reaction. It wasn’t that she’d meant to laugh, it wasn’t even that his story was particularly funny, and from his reaction she’d guessed that it wasn’t supposed to be funny. But somehow, it just was.

  17. his name was laughter
    they told me
and i wondered why since he seemed destined
    to only make me cry
    you start laughing hard enough
    they told me then

    and teardrops fen-fenny fall
out of eyes too sad to smile
    away the tears

  24. They threw rocks at us.
    Ugly, sharp stones.
    They came for me first.
    The stones grazed
    my skin,
    and left bruises,
    bruises that never healed.
    Before long,
    My weak legs gave in
    and I
    collapsed.
    But you?
    The rocks they threw
    richoted
    harmlessly
    off of you
    and you
    lay
    unscathed.
    As they
    desparetely grasped for
    more stones,
    in that deep, throaty
    voice,
    You laughed.

    Looking up
    from the ground,
    Broken and bruised,
    I hated you.
