I stood still at the sight of the thing. The thing was a thing I have never seen before. It was a great thing that stood as high as the sky.

The clothe has seen the end of its life. The stitching frayed, the colour fled.
How as that for a metaphor. Where was the tailor to fix his life? The seamstress to take away the pain and make him whole?
It was all pointless stitch work.

A word with exclusively negative connotations in my mind, usually relating to injury or disability. Not a word that I am enjoying writing about to be honest!

What is stalling? What I’m doing because I don’t know what to write about stalling. It’s a easy thing to do with some people, but others can see right through it. It’s a useful skill to develop at any rate.

I earned my commission the hard way. Hitchhiking down the road, selling out of my suitcase, one good shirt on my back. I didn’t have a plan, but I knew the gospel of what I was selling. “Immortality! Yours for just such and such a month.” With the new computers anything was possible. I didn’t want it. But I knew how to sell it.

Playing Rugby for my country would have been unthinkable in days gone by, but today, more and more people are able to meet the physical needs of playing the game and this means that international caps are no longer a pipe dream.

Wet sand, dribble castle by the sea, waves crashing and slowly disintegrating your hard work, grain by grain, as often as you build it up it sinks into the sea, slowly draining out and creating little holes and fissures in your architecture where the crabs can crawl through.

There is but one question that separates you from me. And that is the question of trust. Trust in borders. and borders in trust. who are you? what do you feel? that is irrelevant for it is no sooner that you are true to yourself, than you lose yourself within the border closing in.

when i get a paper back, the one thing on my mind is to take the changes i have received from the reader, and take the ones that will benefit my paper. I think that there are some good points that i have yet to see or were unable to see from my perspective. This is a great way to fix your papers.

Footage is proof. The evidence needed for belief. Somehow seeing erases doubts and entrenches beliefs. What fools we are to think that sight is the only sense immune from misinterpretation

Delving into underground lairs
Cocooning monsters pious with wealth
We delve into ourselves
Egos in check, just a wreck
Bothered by poignant inconsistencies
And flowering wormholes
Zapping from one universe to another
String-theory in reverse
Where everything’s relativity
Elders vent their toys
While little girls and little boys
Mix in the muddy expanse

The plan was to be covert. All he had to do was drop the powder in his companion’s drink and he would be done. It wouldn’t even be painful for him. All that he’d feel would be an overwhelming sense of drowsiness, and he’d drop like a fly. Easy as pie.

Cool is an ambiguous term used in today’s society to determine status. It can also be used as a way of describing temperature. My mom thinks I’m cool.
