teenage wasteland… the who have a song called Bubba O’Reilley and in the song the mention “teenage wasteland” which to me, being a teenager is all about the failure and eperimentations you go through while in your teen years. i think that it is quite amazing that there is so much animosity towards teenagers today because of how people portray us through the media and whatnot.

the truck went slowly down the road…swinging the trailer beind like a toy. the hinges squeak and my heart jumps. the horse inside whinnies and stomps her feet. shes restless and this thought doesnt help the worry i have. the truck picks up speed along the highway and i hear the tires grab onto more traction on the rough road.

Hold the thoughts we all use everyday. The ones we need to keep us sane. Wooden. Sturdy. Safe. Books are kept here. Wonderful books. I see mine and smile.

I feel connected to my boyfriend. When we kiss, when we hold hands, when we walk side by side. When we are intertwined. I feel connected when we talk, when we share stories. Our souls are connected. Our hearts are connected. I love him. We are in love.

They say if you shoot for the stars, you’ll land on the moon– or something to that affect. But what are you shooting? Yourself from a cannon? To be shot into space, one must remember to wear an astronaut suit. And one must be sure to bring an abundance of freeze dried ice cream, as running out of ice cream could very well be worse than running out of oxygen.

I already wrote on this. How sad. I could go check my facebook instead now. But I could continue here I guess. As I was finishing this writing last time, it crossed my mind that, “What if they mean house plans?”

Plans. Ugh. What a word for me right now. I should be making future plans. But I am not. I can’t even make plans with people in case they just end up at broken promises. So what are my plans? To graduate. That’s about it right now. And even then I can’t even keep the plans that I have for working on my senior sem which is the ONLY thing I need to do to graduate.

I had other plans that day: a cup of Earl Grey and the sunshine of Westminster abbey. but the bomb fell.
I watched it fall as one cannot look away from a car wreck. I could have run. I could have ducked. But the whizzing was inescapable. I watched as my tea came to me in a pale pink teacup, laced with floral designs.

Harry Potter was the staple of my childhood. Also you know I used to find sticks outside that i’d pretend were my own wand or walking stick but that kind of goes to LOTR not HP. I really loved Harry and his adventures…good times

Basic? What is basic? Does it actually exist? Is anything basic? Or, is everything basic? Have we created so many partitions in simplicity and creation so that our lives are muddled up? Perhaps we need to focus on how to be basic.

Why do movie places charge so much? Charging, and I don’t know why. It’s 50 to get in and 50 for food. And still doesn’t make the money they say that want. Whatever. We need a new system.

I had a wrench. The wrench was shiny and beautiful. Eve needs to know about this wrench. But Spanish dictionaries don’t have the word for wrench. I noticed that I write about the thing with saying it many times. WRENCH WRENCH WRENCH. I misspelled. Oopsie.

I’m not sure what a whim is, but I’m almost positive it’s something one does out of pitty, not because they truely want to do so..

When I think of summer, I think of traveling. My family took many trips in the summer when I was growing up; most of these trips were around my home state of Michigan. We would load up the car and leave behind all of our troubles as we explored caves, dunes, forests, beaches and quaint, unheard of cities. Our itinerary was always loose- we had an idea of what we wanted to do and we would do it. There was no pressure to hit every spot on the map in just one vacation.
Many of our trips were influenced by places my mom went when she was growing up. Her dad was proud of our state and made sure his children knew as much about it as possible. He would stop at every historical marker he could find, just to help his kids absorb everything. It’s something that my mom has taken to doing, though we’d prefer she didn’t.

love as we know it.
the world around us is all just fiction to bad the fiction books are often more understandable than life. fiction we read because we create our own and call it reality.

Phrase. Phrases are used a lot. They can be used by people. There is also a musical phrase you have to learn about in choir.

Notice. Notice is kind of a weird word because people don’t use it often. You often use see or a word like that. But sometimes I do use notice. Notice can be used in many different forms. Some example sentences may be “I noticed I had a different shoe on each foot!” or ” I notice a lot of things.”

When I see the word velvet, I automatically think of crushed velvet dresses and how that was the worst fashion statement ever. The velvet in food is much better. Velvet cake has a much better texture than a velvet dress.
