Trees are the soul of the earth, always there, loving us. We should help them!

While driving down a nondescript interstate, I looked over the baked horizon and spotted an indistinct cactus. Upon closer inspection, I realized that it was just the mummified remains of yet another overzealous tourist from the nearby city of Kalamazoo.

Your mom left a message saying that she is buying a ticket to the moon and that you should feed the hampster its dried carrots and egg whites while she is gone. She said not to turn the fridge on because theres a pelican stuck in the icebox. The moon must be pretty darn fun if shes giving up all that just to spend a fortnight in space.

My grandma burst through the door unannounced. She had a red backpack filled with corn on the cob and a frying pan in her hand. The first thing she said was “I hope you weren’t expecting tomatoes.” The truth is, I was. I can’t say I was overjoyed.

Ah yes, gorillas in the mist. They look at you, and you almost think they are human. Too bad they’re huge and black and covered in hair. And too bad they smell like rotten cabbage and ammonia.

overhead is the charge that you must pay if you are to run a business. this is a hassle because you always have it on your mind. it is a burden. something you must consider before taking on an economic venture. it also reminds me of something someone cannot understand.

there are a countless number of journeys to be taken, and they all start with one step. These steps turn into miles.

My brother works for a company whose name is based on the word Made. I probably shouldn’t say who they are though. Privacy.

half of one is, nevertheless, still less than one, and much more less than a pair, so I strive to be my whole self, and nothing else.

Sudden. A word that describes a rush, something quick. Like cancer. You never see it coming, but then a doctor visit and he tells you all of a sudden you have it. Then you have sudden emotions to deal with. Yeah, it’s that quick. Like driving through Sonic, getting a burger quick. You never see sudden coming, it just hits you like a truck on the highway. That quick.

The beach makes me think of Jimmy Buffett. 10 o’clock exactly i logged onto ticketmaster to get my brother tickets, and they sold out! Oil floods the beach like the shores of Normandy. Makes me wish I was back on the peaceful sands before the selfish oil sharks swarmed the Gulf.

rising, falling, coming, going, controlling. The tide is controlled by the moon, but what controls the moon? Are we safe with such an unknown entity co

The tide began to slowly creep in on the crab that I was watching crawl along the beach, and I began to wonder whether or not his tenacity would outweigh the collective physical forces set upon him.

I am driven to live. Every moment of my life not spent living is an eternity of death. I must have conviction, must have purpose. I must be driven.

He woke up. The lid was shut. A brown, oak exteriror, with soft plush insides. He could hear muffled noises, very quitely, whispering solemn songs outside. The man in his best-fitted suit.

Gay people usually wear leather chaps and I think that is awfully odd. Cowboys wore leather. Wrestlers wear leather. usually manly people wear leather but here are these homosexuals wearing leather like its the cool thing to do
