Intent, doing something.
My intent is to date your daughter.
My intent is to pass this history test.
It’s all about goal setting and determination. This word is about the struggle yet willingness to overcome the obstacles to achieve what the person wants. It’s about passion. It’s about the lust for life or someone else. About the lust for success. Intent is learning much more about yourself than you expected.Posted By Ashlyn On 07.03.2013 @ 11:58 am
When I think of references I think of nothing. Reference is a crappy word to give me. I wish you had given me something else to write about. Like, last time you gave me the word, “dirt.” And I wrote two paragraphs on the word dirt, but reference is just crap. I’m sorry. The end…yeah.Posted By Ashlyn On 01.06.2013 @ 6:38 pm
Soil is dirt. It can be wet or dry but the best thing about soil is that it reminds me of spring and tomato plants. I planted a garden with my dad once and we planted tomato plants. It was a great spring. I went outside every day to dig in the soil. I’ll never forget it. That’s why I love the smell of earth and tomato plants.Posted By Ashlyn On 12.28.2012 @ 3:01 pm
The past is painful and full of regret. But in the end we can’t change it. It will sit there judging us; peering over our shoulder constantly to remind us of the memories that happened long ago. It floods our mind and the dwelling is sometimes too much to bear.Posted By Ashlyn On 11.28.2012 @ 5:31 pm
They rose in the air, like millions of butterflies heading south for winter. But they were different colours. Red, orange, yellow, blue… They lingered in the air for quite sometime until the wind picked up. I’ve always wondered what happened to them as they floated away. Did they pop and land elsewhere? If so, I wonder who will see it next, my balloon, that is.Posted By Ashlyn On 02.19.2012 @ 8:13 pm
i just wrote a paper on art history. it’s so terrible. which is sort of ironic because i am an artist, or was. this year i’m not doing art and i’m worried i’ll lose my talent. i’m just running out of time to do these things. but i really love it and it makes me happy. i should just do it. i’ll call sue tomorrow.Posted By ashlyn On 10.26.2011 @ 6:27 pm
Do you remember? When we first met? When we first kissed? When we first smiled? Do you remember? When the sky fell down? When the stars didn’t shine? When our love broke to pieces? Do you remember? When our hearts intertwined? When our happiness turned dark? When our faith was broken? Do you remember? Do you remember at all?Posted By Ashlyn On 05.30.2011 @ 1:48 pm
it’s something that is extremely admired, extremely important, and just necessary in everybody. It’s behind every emotion and motion, and it’s hard to get to the root of things but when you do, some sort of strength pushes it. Some sort of muscle makes beauty beauty. That’s the key, is strenthPosted By Ashlyn On 04.05.2011 @ 10:45 pm
Sidetracked, what is it really? I mean, tracking to the side, I suppose that makes sense in a way. We all have a place, we all lose our place, no one wants their place. How are we to fix that? How can we help others find the way if we can’t? To be sidetracked is to be lost, not found. Perpetually confused.Posted By ashlyn On 01.21.2011 @ 4:07 pm
One day there was a boat that was stuck on an island. I knw this might not seem like a problem, because this is not such a bad place for a boat. But this boat was too nervous to leave the island. He didn’t know how how he got there, and he didn’t know how to get back to the ones he loved. This boat just sat in the middle of an island without anyone or anything.Posted By Ashlyn On 04.19.2010 @ 11:34 pm
villages seem like fun places to live. The small nit communities allow for friendships and cultures to florish like a big city wouldn’t. Though I prefer living in a good sized town with plenty of shopping opputunities. Villages seem to be more towards prosicuting differences than towns.Posted By ashlyn On 08.15.2008 @ 11:43 am
