so there were these three things, with three heads, we’ll call them persons… and their heads hung on long furry necks like a stretched out dog’s. “There’s nothing else to do” they said, and plunged into the blurry deep of the sea.

Even though I am not Catholic, I have a huge respect for a Cathedral. They are very reverent and beautiful. Most are designed with stained glass and very intense details. A cathedral is often a place of refuge. Historical information originates from a cathedral from years gone by. Almost every town and city has a cathedral. Respected and reserved for years to come, a cathedral can be found. Beautiful weddings are held in a cathedral. Princess Diana to note was wed in a cathedral; taking vows to last to her death.

The baseball cap was all he had. He kept it with him everywhere he went. It was from his father. The only one last thing he had of his father, who risked everything for his sons. Him, being the last surviving son knew the importance of the baseball cap.

It’s not something you did on purpose. You never meant for things to end up this way. You constantly try so hard to succeed. You wear yourself away in such a painfully slow way. Then there’s a stop. It’s when you notice that you don’t know what to do next. It’s your unpleasant, disgusting, disgraceful dilemma.

I am istrumental. But not right now where writer’s block follows me around like an old friend. He trails behind me right on my heels but everytime I turn he’s gone. I try to grasp at an idea but alas it floats back to him and I miss my opportunity again.

A gladiator is from ancient Rome, a man trained to fight with weapons against other men or wild animals in an arena, most notably the Collusseum.

When I see the word flip, I think of houses. Like, a house flip. You know those tv shows where they buy a house for cheap and hope to be able to get money out of it by the time they fix it up? That’s what I think of. And it makes me realize how badly I want to do that some day. Fixing up a house would be great! It would be a lot of hard work, but think of the accomplishment when you are done. And you would be able to have such a story to go along with your house!

the charms of her overwhelmed him
dangling and glinting before him
and all he wanted to do was reach out and touch
hold her beauty in his hand
and let it rest there forever

I have this one belief, that i know to be true above all else. this one belief that keeps me going when the timeshare hard, that gives me hope and helps me to see the light when i’m encased in darkness. This one belief that i feel everyone should hold onto, like it will keep them alive, because so far, it’s done a pretty good job of keeping me alive.

Sometimes, I feel dismissed. Dismissed by my family, friends.. dismissed by the world. I feel helpless- like I can’t do anything to positively change things, because of the fact that I am so underestimated. It is hard to live up to your own expectations when they are put upon you by others.

I was on the sacred ground of the departed. Long since they had walked these grounds, but now I could only hear their ghostly screams and feel the chill of their pain.

When I was young one of the highlights of our summer was the County Fair. It was a sad little small-town fair, but I didn’t know the difference at the time, and it was certainly more interesting than hanging around the elementary school playground or, if you were older and already on the road to delinquency, sitting on the steps across from Dairy Queen and smoking as the cruisers went by. When I was sixteen my boyfriend and I spent the week on the Zipper trying to beat our previous record for number of full 360 degree rotations in a single ride. I don’t remember our best, but it was high enough that my 1/2 bottle of TJ Swann “Mellow Days” almost came back up. The fair was like an oasis of life, a blur of dancing lights and loud music, charged with exuberance and speed and risk taking. Against the backdrop of flat, still, dusty fields it was heaven.

Cider, skies, eyes, children, life really lived: the stuff that makes you smile is what sparkles. Sunshine on water, a clean car, and everything good under the sun fills my mind.

I was once attacked by thorns. They were sharp, bristly, brown, and ugly. They stared menacingly up at me from the ground, so small yet so powerful. At my five and a half feet, I should have been much stronger than they.
But instead, they attacked. As my foot fell upon them, they bristled with anger, with strength and ferocity and pierced the underside of my foot as hard as they could.

she saw the flash of light before she heard the noise- a loud, booming echo that shook the house. it complemented the steady beat of the rain as the storm raged on. she looked out the window at the dreary scene, feeling its darkness pressing down upon her shoulders.

one long, thin scar ran down the side of her face, a dark reminder of the past, but she was still beautiful. her crystal blue eyes and strawberry blonde hair both shone in the summer sun. he watched her walking along the beach, falling deeper in love with every step.

Mysteries are fun and cool. You never know what you’re going to get with a mystery. Sometimes things happens and you don’t know how to explain and don’t know any answers to. This can be frustrating to some but I love it.Mysteries are the best and they lever you in suspense.

it took until her sophmore year in high school to get a guy to even notice her. She was as hopeless as hopeless romantics come. And as the story goes: boy meets girl.

You transformed into poison to me… you we’re good and now you’re incredibly bad for my health, mind and heart. Still, I love you. The question is, do you still love me the way you used to? and that I loved so much?

Into a new land, place, time, anywhere you wish. Things will be different. Maybe time will slow or even speed up. The future past and present may blend together. Its allways unclear. The end it always near. I think Jim Morrison said that.
