The way some people park their cars half on the pavement, others leave rubbish where one can trip over it. I always thinks it must be a nightmare negotiating these obstacles if your are in a wheelchair.

She went shopping and there were so many good deals and bogof’s that when she got home she realised that there was not enough room to pack them all into the freezer.

Tracking parcels is such a good idea. I often need to do that. Tracking animals in the wild. However, car tracking whilst a great idea is rather expensive. Especially as I haven’t used it in over 12 years. Not that I would really want to of course!

First thought – yuk – inland revenue. So popular. Of course I’m rather partial to having revenue coming in for myself. Just not paying it out………..

They were having a conversation in the coffee shop when he let it slip that he had recently had lunch with one of her great rivals.

Our brave soldiers, fighting for everything we believe in. Facing danger and death every day. Suicide bombers and snipers.

Those poor men who fought in World War I. Lived and died in trenches. So young. Buried so far away or not at all.

I know exactly what I want and when – which is usually now. Not exactly a good trait though. I like to get everything exactly correct.

There are so many irresponsible parents. I hear them swearing at their children, dropping litter and behaving disgracefully. I wish they knew the damage they were doing.

Elevators in tall buildings aren’t my favourites. They seem to go on forever. Always pleased when the doors open!

The argument continued after they reached the office. It was really stressful working together as well as living together. So many colleagues caught up in the crossfire.

He always collected her from her shift at the hospital. It had been a really busy day and he hadn’t arrived. Was she wrong in assuming that he was going to be there.

Perhaps something I wish I wasn’t so much of…… I like to be a buyer. Maybe I should try selling some of the things I’ve bought that I really shouldn’t have.

Stuck on this one…. probably too many Christmas thoughts. Maybe when I make the trifle I can ensure the custard is levelled out!

The news was bad. They don’t know how the accident happened but the two cars collided and although the passengers escaped without injury the driver of one of the cars was left in coma.

If a picture paints a thousand words………..not original though. I could think of so many ifs that I would need hours……….

She was very outgoing and always looking to meet up with people with high profiles. Photos with any celebrity would make her very happy!

There was a terrific crashing sound, crumpled metal and people screaming. I will never forget the sounds of the awful day the train derailed.

I love going into London but I don’t like trains. Especially the tube – horrible being underground and there is standing room only.

Susan had been commissioned to paint a portrait of a well known celebrity but she wasn’t going to say who it was until it was finished and she was satisfied with it.

She went to the cemetery today and although she did not take a wreath she took flowers to mark where her father was laid to rest.

They were moving house and taking absolutely everything with them. Even though it wouldn’t fit into their new home it was packed up in it’s entirety.

Really weird but the first colonel I thought of was colonel mustard! I must have been harking back to my younger days of playing Cluedo.

I don’t really like this word! Mainly because I like the English word as it was meant to be and not just a shortening of improvisation.

Not very good with mechanics. Mechanism can mean so many things. Machinery has mechanisms, your body, your mind even. Not an easy one……….

Adopted children are extra special as they have been chosen to be a part of someone’s family. All children are special in their own way.

It was a great film. Just like the old days with goodies and baddies! The police were in pursuit of the bank robbers. Fun.
