reference that’s actually kind of funny tonight i was at a family dinner for my mom’s birthday and i kept making these references to this car that I own, its actually a jeep, and my brother and his friend both were mocking me for it. I didn’t like that. I actually was quite upset I was just trying to provide input into the conversation.

television shows annoy Nicholas more than he likes to admit. all it is is a series of hopeless reruns that he doesn’t like to watch. he thought about his son, barely 4 years old sitting alone across the house watching the same boring television shows, probably just as bored.

I was determined to write something fantastic in here and show off my skills as a wordsmith to my coworker and friend KC. Unfortunately I didn’t fancy taking a crack at this particular word and thus tried to reload the page in the hope that I might find myself faced with a more inspiring one. No luck.

keep going, don’t give up. if somethign needs to be done god damn it you do it, no excuses. doesn’t matter who you are, what your circumstances are, if you want it you will get it. doesn’t matter who stands in your way, what’s in your bank account, or who tells you you can’t do it. fuck them, there’s nothing you can’t do. and you do it.

I presented to you my idea. What you do with it is your decision, not mine. Good luck.

We all have our own methods to get things done, some are better than others.

Roof. Roofs are protecting, they keep us safe from the ferocious elements of our planet – wind, rain, snow. Roofs can also kill. They can fault, collapse, trap and murder. They come in all kinds of majestic shapes and sizes and, sometimes, even as I write this, I try to compare roofs to things – objects, people or places. Then it hit me – roofs are just like people.

Both. It takes two to be in a relationship. It can’t be waited on more of one person. Both of you have to put in the time and commitment to have a successful relationship. My favorite saying is it take two to tango.

There was an object that sat in the middle of the room. Everyone sat in a circle around it. The students sat in silence as the teacher taught. He then gave the students the task to write about the object. The object was strange and weird. It caused the room to go silence by its strangeness. The class was all wondering what is wrong with this teacher that he would bring this object in and ask the class to write about it. This teachers head has to be out in his own world. Who would bring in a mannequin leg and set it in the middle of the class.

Rise above everyone. You need to work hard for things you want they are not just going to be given to you. You need to rise above the influence and be able to say no. Keep your head on stay. Don’t get distracted from what you want.

The past is in the past, that’s how it should be. Look at the future you have the rest of your life to live. Why spend it living in the past, yes you should cherish the moments you had but they are memories now. You need to move on a create new ones. you need to meet new people and live your life.

Underneath the bed is a scary place to look. I always wanted an under dog when I was a little kid swinging.

This is the term used for those who work for a company or organization. They embody essentially the entire work force of America, and every other industrialized country in the world. Without employees to do the work for a company, companies would never be very large. It is through man power and ingenuity that creates wealth and economic growth.

fawning over the one that never was. fawning is the inescapable punishment awaiting the one that never did. see the moment, and grasp it. tomorrow, I will not fawn. i promise you. A x

Despite the politics, despite the vilification, despite the reputation, despite the tremendous attraction to other occupations, he followed his calling.

I tried to budge, torquing my arms and straining to breathe. I came to the undeniable conclusion — after twenty minutes of struggling — that we were bound together.

I examined the remains of the skeleton. Its hard, stone-like texture contrasted with its aura of aliveness. What a statement on the nature of life was this pile of bones.

I live in a dysfunctional society, I myself am dysfunctional. We all are, it’s “sad” but it’s true. What do I have to say? Nothing in fact, just something I heard behind the balcony at a girl’s 11th birthday party. I’m done with society.

Dysfunctional is this goddamn apartment. With one roommate flashing everyone, the other…well…flashing everyone, and myself, I’m surprised the landlord hasn’t kicked us out yet. But it’s all good, it’s like a family. It’s perfectly dysfunctional. Dysfunctional to the point of madness, sometimes.

Towering over the courtyard, the two bell towers established their dominance not through their casting of an intimidating shadow, but rather by their lack of it.

everything is binding at the beginning
I knew it would be
But surely it would be OK
I’d work it out
Something would work, something
But it’s binding

As I sat, I glared at the old, brick-clad apartment building. Despite my skepticism, I could not help but sense a binding presence of ages past. The ephemeral aura made me shudder — this time, perhaps it wasn’t the infrasound.

Disembodied hands waltzed across my back. In the process, they seemed to tear out the stress of the last week, leaving a renewed spirit and an empty slate for the days to come.

Slowly, it twisted its way through the garden, towards the woman who would wrought the downfall of this Paradise. Flexing its scaly muscles, it wound its way up the tree.

The glass cover of the pond perfectly reflected the mountains opposite Richard. As a line of ducks waltzed over its surface, he was reminded of the time his father brought him here.

With a heavy sign, the sunflower bowed its withered head. To my surprise, it had lasted a few days in the Los Angeles air.
