The kettle whistled, shrill, strident, clamorous. I awakened, abruptly, and was listlessly galvanized into the routine of daily life. Tea would hardly fulfill the family’s need of sustenance, but it would prove a balm to the perpetual pangs of famine and privation.

Miles passed before my lazy eyes as the car ambled along the Parisian streets. It had been a night of no slight amount of revelry, and though I doubted whether I would recall much of the experience once the sun had risen again into the sky.

Miles Davis was a scary dude, well known to be a total asshole, beat people up, his own lady, such a jerk. I still love Sketches of Spain.

I feel like a relationship with a person of the opposite sex isn’t “near”.

A man needs a maid. To help him. To clean up after him. To set him right.

My father had a maid in old age. Her name was Alameda, and her hair was darker than wet dirt.

The cat went to the park the other night. He was sipping on his daily Coke Zero, when he noticed a rather good-looking dog to his left. The cat sipped some more, and then made his move. “Meow” the cat said, “Woof”, the dog responded.

the bear went into the forest and kicked some campers ass, it walked around, with the head in its mouth and litterally just jumped off from one mountazin to the next, getting trapped in a space time votex and winding up in the future where bears and humasn live peacefully.

There was once a very angry bear named Bill the Bear. He was angry for many reasons- taxes, health problems and a failing marriage.

he lied to me because he thought it would be the best thing to do to cover up the recent unfortunate events concerning his dead girlfriend from a tragic incident at the zoo. he could have just told me that the monkey flung poo at her until she died from a panic attack.

Lush velvet carpet squishes between the toes. As I lay languidly, comtemplating my desires, I feel her lay next to me, and curl up against me. She presses her lips to mine, enveloping me in a soft kiss. I love her with all my heart. She is mine and I am hers. I am her king….She my king, and we are wrapped in velvet as one.

The ocean rolls across, the tide is rising. Andrew sits wondering about his future, his past, his life. Does he turn left, right, or stop and give up? He ponders these as the tide rises and washes the sand from his toes.

The tide cam in late that day. It normally came in in the early dusk, but for some reason today it came out in the late darkness of night. What caused the tide to change, was it a change in the environment, or was it something far more sinister?

A dance that I could probably do if I took the time to learn. Then again, when would I have the opportunity to waltz? I mean, come on, who under the age of 50 goes ballroom dancing these days?

i leapt from the building and nearly broke my legs but the exhileration made me keep going jumping and bouncing from side to side and forwardly moving like a beast chasing after its prey but i was the one being chased.

a jump. a blind move forward. into the unknown. can you make it? will you take it? do you have the courage to try? or will you just turn around and die. stand up and leap like the leader within you. training for this all your life. now’s the time

Bravery lies at the heart of courage, at the precipice of defeat and in the hearts and minds of every person who ever called themselves a hero.

It is intrinsic to our nature that we put ourselves in danger for the betterment of others, that we may as a group, strive forward.

So at the begginning of this century, I was once a boy. I don’t know where else to go from there. I guess I’ll start with the Dragons. This was a time where dragons were the hunters, and Man….. well, man was the other part of the equation.

Air compressed that allows a colorful globe fly aimlessly without judgment. I love the spontaneity.

They are simple and relaxed.
Clothes come with a few accessories.
Car not included though Ken might be.
They are all a little girls dream.

On and on and on.
Slipping each piece in one at a time.
Lost and lousy but amazing in stature.
These are what make the world great,
They might be signs from the sky or
They might be figments of our civilizations.

They are the the ideas in which civilizations are built. Piece by piece, one by one until some amazing things are standing in the face of adversity.

Come in all shapes and sizes. I like building blocks. I can use them to carve my career. When i started doing what I love best, I had small building blocks. They eventually grew into larger blocks to make a foundation for me. Blocks are amazing and can come in all sorts of colors.

The mud between my toes was like sweet molasses on my tongue. I had found the one thing that separated me from my parents. I made guttural noises of joy. I was free, finally. The mud had set me free.
