That asthma attack was worse than anyone I’d ever seen. She was grey in the face, a vein pulsating in her forehead. Her hand clutched at her chest and her expression was one of frank panic. She reminded me of my grandma the day she had a heart attack and died a few minutes later. That was the day I totally lost it and quit my job as doctor.

Dysfunctional is the state of not being able to function.

The ties that bind are mostly metaphorical. Mostly.
The black binding was hot and heavy on my wrists, and I struggling pitifully, desperate to evade my captor. No avail, but I wasn’t going down without a fight. I could see the blonde hair of my friend, vaguely visible through the haze of drugs they gave me. Vague names to faces was all I could do as they pushed me through a plain, wooden door.

Binds tie and never let go, they can be used to secure things and keep them safe, comfortable and secure, binds. Binding can hurt like Chinese feet, but they didn’t mind they just thought it was beautiful.

The white headphones efficiently blocked out an noise the passengers were making. I lent my head against the cool bus window, my breath clearing a patch of condensation. I wished for this reign to end, for this reign of terror to stop. But I knew it wouldn’t. All I could do was keep my head down and hope for the best. But even as I thought my wish, I felt a jostle by my side and my brain froze on the last word.I turned my head slowly to the right, and came face to face with the Leader.

Its funny you mention that wor, texture.. I was just looking at my skin, examining all the creases yet still it has this smooth feeling.. I love his skin. the smell, the touch, the color. We have a good texture together, I think. Lots of creases but its never uncomfortable.
Its so good to finally be comfortable in my own skin.

Darlings are people who you care about. they are interesting and cute and have no bad things to say about you or anyone else. The same goes for you. They are people that have helped you out in the past and you would do anything for them. Darlings can be people in your family ho you have enjoyed spending time with.

what an epidemic in our country where this is something women have to fear on a daily basis. we’re teaching our women and girls to avoid this situation at all costs when we should teach our men not to do it.

The more I thought about the homework I was assigned, I felt a growing pain in my stomach. The world was just moving and I couldn’t find a way to stop it. God damn them, god damn the world for making me live through my life. Especially when there was nothing quite exhilirating about the one I was given.

It is usually round in shape and you can open doors with it. It is always attached to doors and is usually made from wood, metal or even plastic. Maybe most materials can make door knobs.

Bandages. You are a brown sticker that heals many a wound. Sometimes you are of no use, but for the little things, you are there. It’s not hard to find you. You are always there to help with all the little frusterations I have.

Thinking about the past in a terrible way. A complete waste of time yet it is done by humans incessantly. Why are we drawn to dwelling? It feels good for some reason. A beautiful misery. Maybe we are looking for something more within this dwelling. Or maybe it’s our nature.

scary people are just plain old scary. they belong in jail. i dont like to see convicts or talk because they could be dangerous. i feel bad for the people who are innocent or the people who have really changed and they are wasting their life away in jail.

Pins and needles, like pricks of light fire, shot up and down her spine when he leaned in to kiss her. She hadn’t been expecting such a forward move, not when they’d just met hours before. Going to the library never seemed like such a good idea in hindsight as it did now.
He pulled away, holding her cheek lightly with his hand, looking at her with his big brown eyes. She felt like she was going to drown in them. He kissed her again. It lingered on her lips like pins and needles.

I’ve never really thought of myself as someone who has a temper. I mean, I KNOW people with tempers, that’s not me. Is it? Recently that’s been called into question. I’m so easy to piss off. And it’s with people whom I normally get along with the best. I just feel that everyone is validating my opinion that the human race is inherently stupid and has nothing of value to say to me.

The time here is shortening, but it feels like forever. The duration is decreasing but my emotions are increasing. I need to get out of here. I need to escape. I need something new. I need something fresh. I need to be noticed, do my own things, love myself and my surroundings.

The towns flew by. Each one had its own little story. Its own history and memories. Past and future. But none of them were my destination. My destination was death and my life a journey.

corrupt. destroyed. but no one knew yet. no one knew a small little town could turn on itself inside out in so little time. that people could be so deceitful. that we are all a mess.

strung up on a warm summers night. people laughing, glasses tinkling. the grass has shadows. children bask in the glow, their smiles illuminated. they quiver on their strings in the breeze, dancing along with everyone else. they are happy to be light.

We picked up the lantern and stepped into the frigid, snowy night. The dim fire was used as a small source of warmth and light in the cold, dark scenery. As we passed through the forest, we saw the shadows of the trees and ourselves.

I wish my school had a crew team. I mean, really… we live on a lake. How do we not? It can’t possibly be due to the winds because the Hudson is a whole lot windier than our lake. Maybe I’ll join a crew team in college.

to generate the amount of energy it requires to wake up in the morning, put on a decent outfit, properly fix their face, and sit in school for 7 hours a day is extraordinary. I have failed as a generator.

I always love a crescent moon, but every time I see one it reminds me of crescent rolls. There is also a crescent moon in Miso’s eye if you put light in it. Also, you have a crescent in your butt.

i don’t feel like writing about butterflies. they flit about colorfully in meadows and if you have vibrant sleeves, reach your hand out and they’ll land on your arm but only because you’ll have tricked them into thinking you are a flower. when they find there is no nectar or pollen or whatever butterflies get out of flowers, they’ll ditch you and find a new sleeve/flower/colorful thing to land on. flaky things, butterflies.
