Opened like chestnuts beside the bowl of brothers trying to work it out. Beats floated in from the other room as the fire slowly crawled into the foyer of the stadium.

is one of the things that humans’ are most scared of. Even if the area is safe, the world seems scary because of the threat of “crime”.

Biology. High school Biology to be specific. Ms. Robinson’s class. 7:00 am labs every Friday. Going to Starbucks before hand. Driving to school. First year I could. Playing video games and guitar with Tim while studying for Biology. Pretending we were scientists from Juliard School of Biology.

Im certain that I will neve rever eat an english muffin. they are disgusting. as a child my mom tried to make me eat english muffins every day for breakfast, but i refused. breakfast was always a battle of wills. she would put the muffin on my plate, i would stare it down adn refuse to eat it. in the end, i always won. until i got to school, hungry and having eaten no breakfast. then i regretted not eating the muffins.

worhsip again? but I worship all the time. is it wrong for me to have other notions of need and urgency towards the things i want to do? not everything can be to your liking and thus, I cannot spend my days wholistically thinking of you. Such a crazy notion for one to have that all is because of something else that we will never fully comprehend….

who do i worship? i worship the one supreme. the one who tells me that there is more thann what you see in front of your feet and you fucking know it. you can see in the way his hands move with the swiftness of pure passion and angst for the realizaiton of the infinite.
i pray to u….jimi

Jack the Bee had joined the army. His dad, a sargeant major himself, was extremely proud. From Jack’s childhood, he had been taught the ways of the army, and by the time he joined, he could already snap off a salute smarter than any in his class.
Of course, he didn’t have a stinger, being male, but this was the twenty-first century! No one used stingers anymore, except the Queen. No, for a weapon, his dad had given him a top-of-the-line Deluxe Sting Blaster, able to launch off thirty small missiles of pointed fury a second.

Melampus sat in his yard. It was dusk, when the creatures of the day were, one by one, dropping off to sleep and the creatures of the night began to become active. Melampus listened.
A light! Ow…A light! Ow…A light! Ow…
Melampus smiled. That could only be a moth, hitting itself into one of the lanterns hung outside his home.

the man, the myth, the legend: Muhammad Ali doesn’t quite stand up to scrutiny like he used to, but hell, I know I’d never stand up to him. fists. chin. heart. Cassius Clay is just more than a man in these eyes.

Pills are found in the video game Left 4 Dead and have spawned a meme of saying pills in a funny manner.
They also temporarily boost your health.

Oh microphone, magnifier of my voice. Why are you called micro, when you make what is already small and unnoticed so grand and beautiful. And Phone. Keepsake of all my nearest and dearest. Truly this word in and of itself is a combination of two of the most perfect things: The love I have for my family and friends, and the Fear I hold in myself.

dial a phone and see who picks up, have a conversation, be genial, maybe you’ll make a friend. just seven numbers, 1234567. somebody out there’s phone number is exactly the seven numbers you’ll hit. 1234567, all good girlies go to heaven. maybe you’ll reach an old forgotten fling, or your sixth grade school teacher, or that man in the hat who you bumped shoulders with in the train station. who knows? you gotta dial to find out.

I don’t need it, although it makes things easier if I operate within it’s boundaries. It’s an odd commodity.

I was running away when the house caught fire. and the snow picked up in the arms of my lover. we didn’t know what was going to happen next…all we felt was the cold snow fall into our hair and numb us to the bone. I died that night. We’d never be the same again.
