How timely. Reading the musings of others who identify themselves as Children of God is always nourishing, and something I just finished up.

There was an elm tree deep in the forest that had been there for centuries. Everyone knew about it, and yet ignored it. The moss had grown up onto the roots that stuck out, and the birds had abandoned it long ago.

a word describing an aspect that is that is the most import thing in the workings or making of something. can describe things, feelings or facts. I.e. milk is essential in the making of ice cream.

This is how I feel when I see my best friend. I’m not trying to be sentimental or deep but it’s a simple world to describe a feeling that large and wondrous. It’s not happy. Happy is incredibly fleeting to me. Joyous is something durable and lasting.

How do you define happiness? Or not. Joy and happiness are too separate things. Joy is lasting. Happiness I feel can be ripped away from you in a second. I want joy.
I want what will last and be felt. How else would I live?

I am burning for a new life. I want the the burning feeling to turn into passion. I don’t want all of the energy to burn out and be wasted. i want this feeling to make my life better. i want to be a phoenix that rises from the ashes.

The texture of the pop tarts was unique and soft. The icing on top was a little crunchy but after a minute of chewing it started to melt inside of my mouth. It was delicious.

A bird’s nest is a place for eggs to be incubated and hatched, producing new life. A nest is also the metaphorical place for humans to raise their young. This stems into an “empty nest” when those young grow up and leave to make their own nests. Nests are all about the circle of life.

clue. a hint. a sneak peak. insight into what is coming. the universe offers these to us all the time. the trick is simply, are we paying attention. it’s almost as thought we are playing a board game with the world. hints in the library or the conservatory. just don’t be conservative with how you play your life.

thorns are on roses. Roses are beautiful. Thorns are also painful. What an awful problem. Perhaps true beauty can’t happen without pain?

I have given time to this website. Dear lord, I hope there are words other than given. I really do.
Time’s not up yet?
I give time. Precious time.

Teenagers glow with admiration, love, self confidence, hope, anticipation, amusement, and genuine curiosity.

Bones makes me think of death and violence, loneliness and suffering. Not all bones should make me feel this way since bones can be used in educational settings and holiday decorations, but there it is. I don’t think this makes me strange or morbid.

Jelly reminds me of the times in my childhood when my mother or grandmother would make me peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I always liked for the crust to be trimmed off and for my sandwich to be cut into four pieces. The jelly was indeed my favorite part. It was so sweet yet tart. The coolness of it on my tongue was like no other feeling.

There was blood surrounding its mouth. The monstrous wolf bared its fangs in anger. Its eyes were black as the bottom of the ocean. It stalked closer and closer, growling and snapping its jaws. “Back off human” its demonic voice sounded in my head.

The rock sailed through the air, piercing the window and shattering it upon contact. Shards of glass spread and landed in her hair. A scream echoed into the night, but was soon silenced from the unexpected…

It takes a fifth of a second to fall in love.
Thats how I was for you.
The first thing I saw was your smile.
And I wanted to see that ever day for the rest of my life.
But what did you do to me?
I was nothing but a whisper in the wind to you.
I let you slip through, because I was afraid you wouldn’t accept me.
And it was my own fault that I missed such an opportunity,
and now I miss you…

I missed it, like a cold dagger that’s been under the skin for far too long. Ice ice and poison is stirring in a dark place. who am I? what am I? Nothing you need not worry. When you hear me again, it will be when the flat-line calls.

When she extended the lean finger towards his face, the whiskers upon his chin stood on end in anticipation.

From under the table, all I see are feet. Shoes. Different shades and scuffings. As Forest Gump said, you can tell a lot about someone just by the shoes they wear. What do your shoes look like?

At night, when I was many years younger, I would grab the toy kaleidescope and pretend it was a telescope. Looking through it, I would see a world beyond our own. The colors of the universe would spin together and the stars became seeds that I pretended to plant in order to create an extravagant dreamlike world.

I was sitting in a coffee shop downtown with my uncle. There was a rather uninteresting jazz band playing in the corner, and it seemed to catch his attention rather well, given he ignored my plea for advice.

I woke up in a motel with my hands coated in blue paint and my shoes superglued to the floor, yet all I could think about is what he thought about me. Is this love or a coma?
