Such a sad feeling,it really is. Despair..it just sounds sad. Like you are missing a pair of your favorite socks, or realizing your not as important as you really think you are.

Forgotten. I’m gone to him, to them, to everyone. It’s so easy to be left, so easy to be swept out of other’s memories. I can’t ever forget, no matter what. But they can. They do. They will. It’s inevitable;

The girl sat down after walking the floors of her small bungalow on Pleasant Street. She had been walking for hours. What was happening? She felt so confused and overwhelmed as she realized that she had forgotten what she was going to say. Gone, just like that. No trace left in her mind.

bright stars eyes moon. I wish everything glowed. I love that time of night where it seems everything is not only illuminated but enlightened. I want to glow like I always have a secret.

She was glowing as she stood outside with him. Hand in hand they stood there staring at the stars with endless possibilities. They had no money, no home… but in the end they had the most valuable thing…each other. Live and Love.

Black and white. It was always there, a constant reminder of the past. A constant omen that we were never quite safe. Reminding us why we hid, who we hid from. What we were covering up. If I could die without putting one on again I’d be happy. But that can never be.

A clover is a simple thing, yet it can bring each and every one of us such pride and joy. Our hearts race when we realize we have discovered a four leave clover. it may merely be a plant, but when we find one, we can be filled with nothing but pure accomplishment.

I like singing the chorus of songs, but then again some choruses are anti-climatic. I like awesome songs written by people who just don’ts give a f***. Those are the best songs.

I always have loved watching movie trailers: it’s amazing that they can summarize most of the plot of a full length film in usually under sixty seconds. The screen is a flash of a thousand different images: car chases, passionate kisses, funny one liners. The audience is glued to the screen and it’s not even the movie they’re paying for. Their fists filled with popcorn and their brains full of romanticism, ready to accept anything the giant movie screen may feed them through the tubes of their ears and eyes. The movie theater hypnotizes its victims.

red lights and fast cars. a boy in the middle and darkness is falling… they are all going somewhere, and this is where they pause for a moment. red, green, yellow, repeat. i walk across and think of them.

I am puzzled about how the world works on a daily basis? How do people not respect one another? How can animals coexist but humans cannot? Why do we not meet people who live next door? How does a phone work? Who says you cant do something? Why cant you?

The man stared at the gadget like it was some revolutionary device from the future. In a way, it was.

It was something she never understood. Things like this didn’t come easily to her. It was too new, too different, too foreign. She couldn’t wrap her mind around it. It didn’t belong.

The gasoline smelled like a perfume worn only by people like me. It grew on you. When one needs to burn things as often as I do, you kind of have to deal with the smell. When you kill, you have a few options of how you dispose of the body; I choose to burn it. It’s simple and if asked, you were having an impromptu bonfire. Though my killings were the farthest thing from impromptu.

its final. its just used up till everything is gone. Its whats going to happen to all of us someday. I don’t want it to happen and yet I don’t fear it if it does. Robots, humans, technology; it’s all the same.
Someday, I’ll be best obsolete. I’ll be useful…

My bookshelf contains unusual books. Books that contain many stories. Stories from the past, stories from the present, and yes even stories from the future. My books tell the stories of people’s lives, and they can decide someones fate within a single sentence. And I am their keeper.

the man stood at the top of the cliff, looking over the edge. though he knew what had to be done it still took all of his will power to move his feet foward. as he fell he reminded himself how many would be saved through his sacrifice and refusal to let the disease take it’s course.

This makes me think of that online college advertisement on TV. “Get connected”. It also makes me think of Suddenlink and how they claim that you are “connected” once you join up with their companys service. But, really, you are disconnected most of the time. I wish COX would come to Stillwater, they would make a lot fmoney and I’d actually have good service.
I also think of connecting on a deeper level with friends and loved ones. How well are you really connected with them? Do you feel your soul yearns for that connection when they aren’t around? Do you worry that you will never feel that undeniable connection with anyone in the world? Someone you are so connected to they always know what you are thinking?

Success is such a relative term. People measure it so differently. If only the world would realize that no amount of “things” can satisfy their desire for success, people would be less destructive.

i have an ego. everyone does i think. but some have bigger ones, or more noticable ones. why do men always seem to have huge ones? maybe thats just a stereotype. maybe an ego is just self confidence gone wrong in that you beleive you are the best and there is no room for improvement.

He hadn’t really had one for so long. A man had come along and whistled and a few hours later he was sobering up and riding his bike and thinking about what if. Years he had been fighting this fate, but he always knew he was meant for the stars and exploration and what if.

I trusted the friends I went with to the hotel. I didn’t think they’d let anything happen to me. Sure, there was gonna be drinking. I was okay with that; I liked drinking. I was a teenager. But I wasn’t a whore. I don’t care what everyone says. I did not willingly have sex with him. It may have seemed like it, but it was the roofie.

My dad was once an executive type person for Effen Vodka. So for a few months we got all the free Effen Vodka we wanted…and then it just stopped. I guess it’s probably because Effen Vodka tastes like crap. It was cool to see my dad all drunk and whatever, though.

The audience fell silent as he walked across the stage, holding his saxophone in hand. They had all come out to see his opening night performance, and now more than ever, he wished he hadn’t sent out the invitations. His eyes quickly scanned the crowd for her face, secretly wishing she wasn’t out there, waiting.
