One word I love and use often is the word "Fuck". Why Because it can be used for so many different things, I don't always use the word in a hateful way, sometimes it just comes out if something catches my eye or something is interesting. I use the word everyday and many times in one sentence if I am really pissed off. However, I feel the need to slow down on it a bit cause I tend to use it when writing a blog about an experience or commenting on others blogs. I think using the word too much can put you in a catagory that you wouldn't otherwise want to be associated with , but this is just an opinion. Some people may disagree with me, but I think it is high time I try to use other forms when I am writing or just simply talking about something. The writing part should be easy because I can always go back and edit, however, if it comes out of my mouth, I can't just simply go back and change what I have just said. Perhaps this doesn't make sense and why I would chose such a word to...

There on the surface lies the lies that keep the depths hidden from view. To rise or dive and break the surface to be between perspectives and ultimately connecting and disconnected. Seconds to plumb the surface of a depth only briefly glimpsed it passing flashes of synchronicity and rhythmic reminders of the connection at the surface of the reflections in our minds eye. The diaphonous skin that describes appearences and hints at depths unknown.

There are things that lurk just below the surface. Dark things, sinister things, things which cannot be named. This is the place of the basic, driving instinct, the desire to pursue what pleases us most with no consideration of others, no cares but our own. The water on the surface shimmers, like diamonds or dust in the blazing summer sun. A short distance down however, and the light ceases and darkness overwhelms. Here it is difficult to know which way is up, and if you find yourself here you may not even care.

on the surface of mars there are many Hootchings. A hootching is very much like your standard mother-in-law, only with a worse temper and thirty sharp-nailed well-manicured legs which evolution intended for them to rip off the hands of the Maragolds, their costumary food, but instead the hootchings have become civilized and have become extinct dew to lack of water and excessive manicuring

The flat plane of arid grass sprawled out infront of him. Heat blistering his back and arms, yet he knew no pain. A few words escape his lips breathlessly and the ground erupts in fire. So this is how it begins.

on the surface, i do not know what i look like. none of us do, really. its interesting that we try to imagine our true natures by our impression made in a mirror. but when will the mirror show beyond the surface? i cant imagine seeing myself outside myself. id be too awkward to like.

That which separates you from what is inside, it's what light reflects off of obscuring what it is that you really want to see, and it is what hurts you when you bang your head against the wall. Watch out for these, they can be bad news

Surfaces are important. Reactions occur on surfaces. Surfaces mask evil motives. Surfaces are things we do integrals over. Some surfaces don't have uniquely defined outward pointing normals. The surface of the Earth is full of flora and fauna. The surface of this couch is fuzzy. The surface area of a lima bean is not optimal for taste. Surfaces are awesome.

I'm slipping under the surface, drowning in this ocean of stress and pain and sadness and desperation. Not sure how I'll make it through. Not sure if I will, in fact. I've always been terrified of drowning, of my lungs filling with water, but right now the notion of just slipping under the surface and letting go seems strangely refreshing.

The surface always masks what's underneath. I mean, if you look at people, or talk to them, all you see is a mask. Their surface, but not themselves.

To come up, as if for air, to be able to breathe after forcing yourself to stay down, underneath, for as long as you needed, or thoght you were able, or as long as you dared. Something smooth, utilitarian, clean... the sort of thing I clutter up oon a regular basis with various types of junk. I cant leave a clear surface clear, it has to be convered!

Beneth the calm smooth surface is a terrible secret. A terrible act of evil lays in wait, threatening to expose its self. He knows the danger if its found but he couldn't help it. He has a needs, urges that he can not quell. One day he'll get caught, he knows this, but in the mean time these urges can not be ignored. He watched the body as it sunk into the dark abyss with only the soft glow of the moon as withess to this evil deed.

The surface of the ball was like glass, but colder. It shone milky white one moment, then clear, then deep red, then a chilly blue. After a moment, she noticed the colors changed with her breathing and her pulse - she dropped the ball, and it turned black, and then the lights went out.

The surface is the pinnacle of a place or object. It is the shallow reality with which are human conciousness is usually most interested in. However, the surface is a poor representation of the actual nature of what is reality. If we look beneath the surface we discover so much more.

The surface of the sun is the kind of stupid thing that people since the dawn of time have wanted to land upon, colonise and all around make like they own it. The Irish, of course, came closest to achieving this when they built their rocket and were all ready to send it when someone pointed out that just because they were going at night didn't mean they wouldn't still get frazzled.

On the surface she seemed just like you or me. This however was far from the case. I can't rightly say why i stayed, even now nearly 20 years later, she still haunts me. You see Ms. Alma Truman was not like you or me, she was something else, something sinister. Every neighborhood has one, that old woman or man that lives alone, in a seemingly unkept house. You rarly see them and those who do can sore in popularity by recounting the tale, no matter how silly or exaggerated it may be. But Ms. Truman was different.... she lived in the same old spooky house, but she was a witch, a vampire, a killer, a demon. Truth be told, to this day i do not know what manner of beast she was. It began sometime during my 11 summer, that was when i discovered the blood.

when you look beneath the surface of people's behavior some interesting things are often found. I have found this to be the case even more for females than with males. Females are taught from birth to put a good face on everything, so you often don't know what they really think or feel without digging further into the story. For example, one person in my class on the surface had good family support and a positive environment. Later we found out that she did not have the support of her family or a positive environment. She was looking for training to get a good job, but her husband wanted her at home and attempted to sabotage her training. She eventually divorced him and became a nurse. There was much lbitterness, but obviously her want of change overroad her need of security provided by another.
