Drove is the root of all evil, says I. Roots are pretty weird, imagine roots growing all around you and not being able to move for like ever because the roots bind you in place, and if the tree was some kind of sexual deviant, he could bind you in a very akward position.

Cars are driven. Infact, they are driven quite a bit. Busses and trains used to be more popular. but the price of cars went down and more people started buying them. Another meaning for the word drove is as in "insane" like me!

i haven't driven a car in a long time. that's not true. i drove 2 wknds ago. but before that, not since last july. i try to avoid driving bc of the partial blindness in my left eye. it's not enough to incapacitate me, just enough to make me insecure. you never know what could happen, and it's possible something could come flying out from the left side of the car. it's scary. i like walking and mass transit. and i live in nyc anyway so i don't usually have to drive. thank god for that.

I drove to town to do my shopping and then it began to rain and I couldn't find a parking spot and had to drive around some more in hopes to find a parking spot close to the door. No such luck. Driving is such a pain and the who drove by me but old Mr. Hick. I can't think of any more of which to write about droving. A drove of cattle came by my house and they wanted a drink of water. Only I didn't have enough glasses or cups for all of them and so I drove them off to Mrs. Smedly's to get their refreshement. I hope they do get something because I would hate to think they died of thirst because I didn't have enough glasses. Then there would be a drove of dead cattle in the road and the sheriff would come and want the details. That would be very embarrassing if you ask me.

She drove toward the waterfalls. It was almost midnight and she hadn't seen another car in the last three hours. The tree crowded road twisted and wound its way through the mist. The waterfalls would calm her and their sound would drown out her own thoughts, pounding them from her mind. Pushing her foot down on the accelerator, her car lurched forward until it could keep up with her demands, then smoothed out as she drove on into the night.

I drove to the market yesterday. To see Sal. Sal had the onions I needed for the sauce I was making later that night. It had to be perfect, of course, and Sal had the best Onions in the neighborhood. It was a good 20 minutes to get there, but it was well worth the trip. If anything went wrong tonight, Georgie might not make it. It had to go really really well. When I got to the market, there was a scuffle outside. A man was yelling at a woman about his car. She had hit him. He was bleeding from the temple. And looked a little out of it. She stood a good 10 feet away. Just starring not saying anything. She looked petrified. She was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. So frail. So petite. I wanted to grab her and hold here and take her away from this awful man. I walked past them inside to pick out my onions.

I drove down a lonely road. The temperature hadn't changed in a year and the breeze changed 10 million times, but always carried the same smell; honeysuckle and fresh lake water. Truthfully, the combination smelled like an old lady's perfume but it always reminded me of a fresh cafe in a mall, near a cheese shop that I went to when I was a kid. So I kept returning. Over and over. Returning.

I drove all night. The sky was clear and the roads were wet. I froze as the headlights grew nearer. The hands of time drove relentlessly, and I felt empty. I had wasted so much it hurt. I felt nothing, I was nothing. I drove all night.

Today, I drove to the store. It was very exciting. I saw a lion on the way. The store was being held up. I was scared, the store had fruit loops, so i grabbed them and ran. When i got back i ate them.

It is the past tense of drive! I don't have anything special to say about the drive, I don't know how to drive a car, it is very hard! But driving seems to be a lot of fun

I need drive in my life...motivation ya know? I've run out of it, and I need more. I drove to my manager's apartment today and on the way, i kept thinking to myself, I need new motivations in my life...while passion is enough, I need more drive! ahh!!!! This really is driving me nuts!!

we drive and we rush, in this world of difficult thoughts, we scream and shout, and plead the world to stop, for not this world stops for no one

I should hope this isn't how it is. Not usually anyway -- you're driving me crazy. I couldn't even imagine it possible to stay here with you if not for given circumstance. Ehwell.

Never forced to take piano lessons or learn a skill. No one drove me. I lack drive now. But I do have ambition and I do love the possibilities of every turning moment. I wish I could play the piano though and at 31 it might be too late. When do things you can learn become things you know you no longer will?

to herd cattle across a distance. a man (or woman) who does this is a drover, and are romanticised with some degree of absurdity. It is not as if there is anything to envy in a life involving travelling slowly with herds; to be 'part of the herd' in any other context is a point of ridicule.

I drove around the bus stop and smiled as I saw all of the people sitting there waiting. It was a comical sight. Here I was driving at my leisure and there were people out there who had to wait twenty minutes for a bus. Life is good.

drove is a word connected to the past.......journeys. How does one know when you have made the right decision? What drove me to do that? into the ground, can it ever sound like we can move up, I suppose it can sound like moving forward, but forward isn't always going to be the right way. Sometimes its best to wait.

one day a boy drove his car off a cliff. The word drove implies that the boy was in control of the vehicle as it went flying over the edge of the world. This is slightly worrying as the boy was only about 5 years old. When boys get into cars this is what happens. Drove... What a word... I drove once, it was a hell of a day.
