  1. I hate rules, no jumping on the bed no screaming, no crying that’s why I’m not among the living because one day i was breaking the rules again and jumping on the bed and suddenly from behind my curtain sprang the most evil rule breaking creature, he was full of hatred and he was covered in dirt. That’s how he…

  2. The rules of Jackson school are some of the worst rules ever. The first one is that kids are allowed to go to school without any clothes on! So one day, a kid named Jonathan didn’t wear any clothes to school. Another rule is that you can say whatever you want. So one of the teachers started saying bad words in the middle of class. So weird!

  7. i don’t understand. why does it have to be this way? why is it that one much always tell the truth, even when it feels like the truth is stabbing me in the back, twisting me around until i can’t tell forwards from backwards? i don’t like this rule about truth, because it means there is only absolutes. there is a right and there is a wrong. right is right and wrong is wrong but somehow we are in the middle and i don’t know what to think anymore.

maybe i want to pretend. maybe i want to lie. maybe i want to tell everyone that you love me and i can’t live without you and we will transcend time and be together forever.

what would you think of that?

    can i lie?

  8. Rules of riot: ruckus and rampage.

  9. Rules are what confine people. They draw parameters on every action that you make. You can’t go faster than that, you can’t run here you can’t do this or that or anything at all out of the ordinary. The worst are society’s rules. The ones that have no real punishment except judgement from others, those are the hardest rules to break.

  16. Rules are guidelines for a place. Like in our youth room, we have rules that include: raise your hand to talk, don’t talk while someone else is talking, no phones. Rules are what you’re supposed and not supposed to do.

    by Damaris on 11.21.2011
  17. they don’t apply when you’re finding yourself
it’s all about how you feel in your chest
    the guidelines are irrelevant
    and age has no meaning
as long as you have it
    that connected feeling
the way that we find God
    is all our own journey
no map or book specifies how well we’ll have heard him
    as long as we’re seeking
    it’ll all fall into place
    use goodness in your heart
    and live with good grace

  18. There is a set of rules that we all abide by. There are rules for the living only. There are the hungry eyes that seek out the flesh of the righteous while they sleep. Cross my heart; I will never sleep.

  19. Rules cage me in around every corner. And yet their pressure is comforting, suffocating me with familiarity like an old quilt sewn by my nanny. But it’s time I threw off the quilt and stepped into the harsh and unpredictable cold.

  20. I always have to live by rules. Rules that are established by someone else and rules that I dont even like or believe in. Unspoken Rules. Invisible rules. Rules that are not rules. And there it is again, that inner conflict.

  21. they are needed in every situation… but at times can be a little too much… sometimes they were just meant to be broken… they often need to be revamped… people who make the rules don’t often have to inforce them… they can’t see that the rules aren’t working… although we shouldn’t forget the golden rule!

  22. These are the rules of the game. Don’t get caught. Don’t make too much noise. And if you go down, don’t expect anyone to save you. Liza Gonzalez has broken all three rules in the last half-hour.
